Fica próximo aos parques da Universal e com uma grande variedade de lojas e restaurantes próximos. O hotel forneceu um kit de panelas que foi muito útil durante nossa estadia.

This hotel is like a deluxe resort at budget prices! Our room—which turned out to be a suite!—was on a high floor with a giant window overlooking a man-made pond with Universal Orlando visible on the horizon, it was glorious! The bed was gigantic and comfy, having an entire separate living room/kitchen area to put the baby's Pack 'N Play was great since she wouldn't be woken up by light in the morning. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast bar had hot and cold options including fresh fruits and a pancake machine, the lobby was welcoming with tons of seats for people waiting for transportation. Perfect location, easy walk to lots of restaurants on I-Drive. We'll be back!

Parking was an afterthought here. We had to park at the top of a two-story structure that had no roof, and get all our stuff and kid down a stairwell. But honestly this was the only less-than-ideal part, we could've unloaded at the front door and just had one of us park the car.

Room was ready on time. Staff is always welcoming!!

When they tell you to park your 80k vehicle in front of a store instead of opening up the second level parking area ;(... it comes off as lazy and careless

The elevator but we got used to it

Room not cleaned all stay apart from towels every 3 days. Spoke to reception 13 times as key’s would work for room or roof top bar. Asked for management 3 times but they are invisible. Jacuzzi broke all stay, pool disgustingly dirty, no parasols and roof parasols broken. Roof bar offers cans of lager as all draft beer ran out after few days. No warm snacks, but they order 5 pizzas from a local pizza shop and you are allowed one slice per person!! Breakfast is horrible and que is ridiculous. I could go on for ever including the very uninterested reception staff, invisible management, filthy pool, rubbish food and drink, lift broke all stay, nothing like the advert with roof bar completely nothing like advertising. Paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery throughout.

Two elderly roof top bar staff are shouted at by very unhappy guests as it is nothing like is advertised and they get no help from the invisible management. Really nice women though.

It was a great location, close to parks. The suite we were in was roomy, perfect for what we needed.

There were only 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. Had to check out more at the front desk. Found out last day that we could have checked out pans and dishes for the kitchenette. Would have been nice to know at check in.

The breakfast was awesome!!!

there were bedbugs in the room. we were offered to switch a room which seemed to be clean. but still, not a great experience

pool closed at 8, not being able to use the gym since we were not club members, refused to give me a receipt upon check out.

Jacuzzi down stairs looks so dirty can't swim once sun goes down club access area was not all that but still fun I got mine at a good price but if I paid full price I wouldn't be thrilled with dominos pizza ever day for appetizers and cheap wine but for price I paid it was great

The free parking, breakfast, and location was nice.

The beds were horrible with springs sticking out and lumps. There was no dishes to use the mini kitchen, along with no coffee pot in the room so you had to wait until the breakfast room opened at 6:30. They also didn’t have water or coffee dispensers in the lobby so again you had to wait and once the breakfast room closes at 9:30 you had to find a store or restaurant if you wanted coffee. Lastly, for the room the ac unit was incredibly loud. It sounded like a plane taking off in the room every time it would turn on so it woke up every during the night. we got to the point that we had to shut it of and suffer the warmth and stuffy air just to sleep. As for staff, some were kind and helpful, others were rude rolling their eyes when asked a question. One lady employee in the breakfast room was so rude she would get mad at people and say things rudely under her breath in a different language other than English. Though I travel often I will make sure to never waste my money at another Ramada again.

Loved the location and the upstairs pool and benefits. NO HIDDEN FEES OR PARKING FEES!!!.Such a plus.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra to use the gym and rooftop pool and that the tv was snowy and would freeze and they said they couldn't fix it also the outlets wouldn't hold a plug.
