Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and of good quality.
Hotel advertised a shuttle to and from parks. This is misleading as there are only 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. We booked the 9pm shuttle which was contracted to Florida bus service. This didn’t turn up and we need an Uber to get back.
We asked at reception about park tickets. We were directed to a desk for client services. After discussing ticket options we were told that the deal involved a brief visit to Club Wyndham on the way to the park. We were not advised by Abraham the agent that this was a 2 hour minimum tour of that complex as a timeshare hard sell. Very misleading. Best Western reception should not be directing clients to them on the pretext that it is part of BWs guest services.

Bem localizada
Reservamos com a classificação de 4 estrelas pelo booking porém não tem pó onde ser pois até barata encontramos nas velhas instalações do nosso barulhento e sujo quarto

La cercanía con el parque universal y oulet
El desayuno un poco escaso. No son de comer omeletes o huevos a la mañana. La fruta cortada es de lata.

Es muy antiguo le caería bien pintura más clara en la habitaciones, sería bueno hacer desinfección de ductos ya que el aire huele húmedo.
No han remodelado cosas importantes, y la limpieza no es buena las jaboneras estaban con los residuos de las personas anteriores.

I had many problems to be reported.
1. bathroom door wont work.
2. power outlets wont work.
3. floor is all sticky all the time

1. Nos habían confirmado desayuno lo cual no ocurrió.
2. La puerta de entrada a la habitación no habría fácilmente, teníamos que intentarlo al menos 20 veces.
3. No hubo shampoo ni jabón en la ducha por 2 días, reclamamos ambos días
4. El ruido de la persona de al lado no nos dejó descansar, hablaban arrastraban cosas y su bebé lloraba toda la noche.
5. Encontramos una cucaracha en nuestras cosas del baño, por donde estaban nuestros útiles personales !!!!
6. La ducha tiraba agua para cualquier lado.
Tengo pruebas con videos de todo.
Fue una pésima experiencia, arruinaron nuestras vacaciones.

O hotel é super bem localizado, facilitando o deslocamento para os parques, compras, lazer e para o centro da cidade.
A infraestrutura do hotel é bem completa e moderna. OS quartos são bem equipados e limpos.
A equipe, em sua maioria composta por brasileiros, prestaram um serviço excepcional. O atendimento foi marcado pelo profissionalismo e zêlo pelos hospedes e suas demandas.
Localização estartégica e privilegiada; infraestrutura completa e limpa; atendimento cordial e profissional marcaram a estadia. Logo não tenho o que sugerir em melhorias.

Sehr netter Empfang von John an der Rezeption, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Liegemöglichkeiten waren super zum entspannen. Der kostenlose Shuttle zu den Universals war praktisch.
Das Zimmer war sehr feucht / Klima veraltet

Location is fantastic and that is about all that’s positive about this hotel
Rooms were dirty, had to move 3 rooms. First room had a water leak in the roof. Second room was stale smell and the third I had given up and just wanted to get the stay over. The rooms were dirty, mold on the remote for the tv and around the room, on the lamps and windows.

la ubicacion es muy buena, las piezas comodas y el personal amable.
Realizan el aseo de la pieza cada 3-4 días a pesar de que solicite que lo realizaran diario y que pagaba mas no se hizo.

Ótima localização, estacionamento excelente, piscina maravilhosa, recepcionistas e demais funcionários, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos (em especial o Natan) quarto muito bom e confortável, cama muito boa, banheiro muito bom, eu recomendo com toda a certeza!
Travesseiros e também a questão de reposição de descartáveis e arrumação do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar.

The location was great. The staff tried to be polite.
The room issues, as in me and my family were settling for bed and falling asleep and security and management come knocking on the door telling us others are complaining about the noise. Meanwhile the whole floor was making noise and we were trying to go to sleep. They change our room to an upgrade pool access and the room looked worse with the bathroom door not being able to close, light fixtures tilting, closet door off track, and still lots of noise especially being on the first floor.

A LO QUE LLEGAS AL HOTEL DESPUES DEL CHECK IN TE LLEVAN A UNA OFICINA A OFRECERTE UN RESORT DE OTRA CADENA DE HOTELES LO QUE ME PARECE DESAGRADABLE Y DE FALTA DE ETICA CON EL BEST WESTERN. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL Y NO SERA UNA OPCION PARA MI PROXIMO VIAJE.

nothing the hotel was nasty
The hotel is old and not well kept the room itself smelled moldy the sheets felt waxy and not properly cleaned and it felt like a motel. If you are looking for a cozy hotel don’t stay here. We had to check right out and go to the wyndham garden across the street. Which was way better and only a 30$ more. Just disgusting

Staff were overall pleasant.

Falsely advertised breakfast was included in price. It is not. I even reached out to booking.com about this and never received a response. Additionally they did not ever have pool towels available and we had to ask each time. Then it was a twenty minute wait to receive them.

Do not purchase the breakfast for 14.99 It is worse than most hotels free breakfast's including other Best Westerns.

O quarto está bastante velho, não fazem arrumação dos quartos, não há reposição de shampoo e outras amenidades, no meu caso o frasco do shampoo existia, mas estava vazio.
