Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. The room was nice and roomy. The staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. Gisela during breakfast. She was super kind.

Gisela was in charge of the breakfast and she did amazing, the food was delicious, she keep the areas very clean and pay attention to detail and needs of the guest.

Got stuck in the elevator.. It made getting out rough. My sister was traumatized from being stuck in the elevator .I am handicapped and the elevator was up and down but mostly down the whole time.

AC units are very loud. Also there is a club crossing the street from the hotel so it was very noisy at night time.

The breakfast was fair. The beds where soft and comfortable.

Where should I start. The room and bathroom where very out dated. As per the instructions of the front desk when checking in you must notify them wanting house keeping services before 10:30 am. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and every day I requested for housekeeping to come and service the room. Did not get one service done to our room even though i put in a request every day before 10:30 am. This hotel was beyond disappointing. The front desk showed no empathy what so ever The housekeeper flat out said she will not clean the room. The WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in.

the rooms were not cleaned when we got back because we did not know we had to request it. no linens were left to make up a sofa bed that we requested. the coffee in the breakfast room was very weak.

The fact that we were all seniors and booking .com did not give us an option of a seniors discount. the hotel offered very good discounts but told us since we booked thru Booking . com they were not able to give it to us.

Parking never any parking. Parking should be for the customers at the hotel not for the club parking 🤔🤔🤔

I really liked the clean and quiet place.

So what I didn't like was the Wi-Fi signal, too bad if I don't have a good T-Mobile connection I would get annoyed. only that but the rest I liked a lot

Overall the hotel facilities are well-maintained and services are decent; rooms are comfy and having everything needed. Location is somewhat far, so it`s definitely not for staying in the city if you`d like to explore it for rest or even if you visit for certain purposes - be mindful and attentive when choosing the location, otherwise, you`ll have to spend for your transportation (for instance, Uber or regular cab) which is costly in Orlando.

I would like and need to highlight the front desk services and attention to guests: in a nutshell, I was waiting for 1.5 h and probably longer to be accommodated, because the first front desk Lady was negligent enough when checking both names and booking confirmation not being able to find it and sent me to call to the provider Booking.com! As a result, I spent useless time on calls with several support agents until new Lady at the front desk changed on shift and I insisted on help to solving the problem. Thereafter, she found a confirmation and booked room or some magical way it appeared in the system so I was given a room at nearly 12 am midnight though I arrived a bit after ten! Mistakes happen, however, I wish to outline their behavior and zero willingness to sort things out (no offers to find available room, not picking up calls from Booking.com, not replying on their emails to confirm absence of booking and inability to accommodate, etc.). Just be careful and better to message the property in advance! )))) Finally, no apology received not speaking about any complement to smooth the situation. I hope this feedback will be helpful. DM

I was in room 204 facing street and bar across street Saturday night music was loud till 5am bass was coming through my window like it was open Sunday didn't hear as much but windows didn't keep car sounds out or wind blowing ....awfull

I have a college kids next to my room so load all night long
