The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The location was convenient as I needed to be near the airport and they had a free shuttle. It's not a place to go if you are visiting for the beaches, however...
For my short stay, I didnt need anything else...

Nothing open early in the morning. Free breakfast missed. No in house restaurant or room service. Neighbourhood felt uncomfortable to walk around to eat in the evening

It was close to the airport.
The facility was run down and very dated, with painted over mold and rust and I shared an elevator with maintenance staff with chemicals to kills bugs.

Convenient location to airport. Complementary hotel airport shuttle.
Shower did not work! Told front desk at check out; no apologies about shower or offer of partial refund. My wife overheard another couple complaining that their shower didn’t work too.

nothing, other than it being very close to the airport
• we only booked this hotel to get some sleep during a short layover but it was impossible to sleep there for various reasons so it was a complete waste of money
• the horrendously loud aircon from the 60s that made an insane amount of noise, waking us up every 5 minutes or so
• no sound insulation - it was like we were trying to sleep on the highway itself
• uncomfortable, bouncy mattress
• we were unable to get any food while we were there - we stayed there during a layover and nothing was available when we arrived after 10pm at night & although our room rate included breakfast, we left before it started and no packed option was available
• tired old room
• vague instructions about airport pick-up which was needlessly complicated

A localização é excelente para quem tiver um voo cedo, pois o hotel fica muito perto do aeroporto e tem transfer gratuito para o aeroporto a partir das 5:00am. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis. Foi possível guardar as bagagens no hotel antes do check-in. O quarto tinha frigorifico, micro-ondas, cafeteira e café. Perto do hotel existem alguns restaurantes de fast-food.
O pequeno almoço só começa a ser servido às 7:00 e embora esteja incluído no preço do quarto, não dá para quem tem que fazer o check-out antes desse horário. O transfer do aeroporto para o hotel não funciona bem, pois é necessário telefonar para o hotel a pedir o transporte, o que não é conveniente para quem tem um telefone não americano. Ao lado do hotel passa uma autoestrada o que faz algum barulho. Embora a cama fosse confortável, o hotel está a precisar de uma renovação, pelo que a relação qualidade/preço é má.

The room was very clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating by holding our bags for us.

It’s next to the airport which is nice. Free breakfast was definitely on point. The rooms were comfy and spacious.
Our tub drain…was draining so slow. I mean sllloooooooowwwwwwwww. The water would pile up faster than it would drain and it would take close to 10-15 min just for the water to fully be cleared from the bathtub itself. Which was gross and just disturbing. Hopefully they can get the drains fixed asap.

Free shuttle (other than tips) was great. Room was older but clean sheets and comfy bed.
Rooms have a large glass window that faces the pool area. These windows were filthy. The noise from the road is so loud also. We were in a lower room so maybe in the higher ones would be better. But no lift on the lower area of units (2 floors only). Also breakfast is only from 7am so if you leave earlier, too bad.

Nice and close to the airport, managed an early check in which was appreciated after a long haul flight, plenty of food places around and staff all friendly, good shuttle the following day and on the main bus route to town

Personal, ohne zu fragen bekamen wir ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Upgrade, trotz Flughafennähe und Highway war es in unserem Zimmer (9. Etage) absolut ruhig. Selbst die Klimaanlage brummte nicht so laut wie in vielen anderen US Hotels.
Frühstück war für „Continental“ gut und abwechslungsreich.
Und wir bekamen noch 1/2 prize fürs Parken.

Excellent shuttle service. Waited only 5 minutes. Roon had perfect temperature and it was good to have a bath in this day and age! Dual aspect windows so I could see everything around me.

Great location, very close to the airport. And the room is spacious.
Facilities needs to be improved. And the breakfast is terrible, all food has gone cold and no one cleaned up the mess on food counters.

- Joint rooms available for our two families.
- Allowed for noon late check-out.
- Called the hotel for a shuttle and it came within 10 minutes. This was really helpful considering it was late at night and we were kind of lost at the airport to find our original shuttle. We were also with young kids so thank you for coming to pick us up.
- Fresh fruit was really good!
- Outside noise was still quite loud.
- Hotel and rooms were dated.
- Variety of breakfast items was not bad. Eggs were really dry and overcooked.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. Given the high prices in Honolulu, this is definitely a plus. Moreover it only takes you 7 minutes to reach the airport!
The only pity is that we didn't have the chance to enjoy the included breakfast, having an early flight.

Location was very convenient,
about 5 minutes from the airport! Free Shuttle service was fast & efficient. To the airport hourly on the hour. Airport pickup on demand.
Grab & Go Breakfast was disappointing but at least they offered something when the restaurant was closed. Restaurant opens at 7am.
