The beds were too small and the ac was too loud

I've stayed here a few times because it was one of the only dog friendly places in the area. I love to travel to with our dog, George, and they treat him so wonderfully there, they get major points with me for that alone. Staff greets him enthusiastically and by name every time we walk by the desk, and even gave us a bag of treats for him. There is a walking path next to a pond and waste bags on property. Everything is clean. Staff is super friendly. The tavern has pretty good food (biggest salad ever) and drinks. Great location. If I'm being honest, though, I mostly go there for the cookies. All of that being said, let's talk about the comfort. Their beds are like getting a big hug. Between the down pillows, pillow top beds, and the heavy yet cooling comforter, I get the BEST night's sleep there. No joke. We just ordered the pillows they have for our house. We love them that much. We're considering the mattress and comforter to duplicate the experience. George, my husband, and I all give five stars. We will stay here every time we go to Burlington.

Our sink drain was plugged up. Air in room felt very stuffy. Housekeeping missed us after the first night, but after that it was fine

Room was comfortable and close to downtown. Shuttle service was good. Staff was friendly.

Directions to room were confusing because of parking our car. We were told to go building C which we had trouble finding. Map on busy weekend could have been provided or perhaps sometime outside directing where to go.

Clean and comfortable; loved the atrium for breakfast and sitting at the fireplace with a cup of coffee while waiting for family to get up. We enjoyed the pool. Also, the hotel was close enough to walk to university and to town (though that might be farther than many people care to walk).

Would have loved a hot tub! :)

Got a room upgrade, clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower. Well equipped room - fridge, microwave, airconditioner wifi. Ice machines available on each floor. Ample parking facilities, Friendly courteous staff

We’ve been to this hotel several times to visit our granddaughter who is a college student. It is always very clean and comfortable (large size room with a comfortable bed and seating area. Free water and warm cookies at check-in. Friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast (additional cost) in a solarium setting.

All of the staff - reception, housekeeping, restaurant - were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good options and a beautiful open atrium setting. The hotel is right off I-89 and easy to find.

The hotel is pet friendly, and we were awakened by a toy dog yipping during the night a couple of times. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but not bad. There was no channel guide for the TV.

Room was ok, lobby and shared areas nice.

Too expensive, took advantage of college admitted students days starting there. Mattresses weren't good. No parking, was packed due to college thing but mostly due to conference.

There was a lack of free access to a conference room for a quick business call on Zoom. A room was offered as a compliment only later after my complaint. Cost of the breakfast weren't consistent and charges were not clear.

Room was dirty. Front desk person (guy) made odd comments. Wasn't welcoming.

The bed was comfortable.

We were placed in a room requiring three or four different stairwells to access the room. No elevator. Impossible to use a luggage trolly. It was evident — and perhaps because we did not use the hotel’s site to book — we were given a room in the worst part of the hotel. In fact, we were assured that the next time we come (if we EVER come back to this hotel) this older part of the hotel will be demolished. It’s that bad.

There was no breakfast included in our stay, but we had a fridge in each room so we brought breakfast food and ate it in the room. The pool was superb and the atrium lovely! And so was the staff!

The staff was very rude and not interested in having employment.

The room was very clean and fresh. Had plenty of room for everyone. I asked for a crib for the little one and that was provided. The beds are very, very comfortable and got good night sleeps... We ate breakfast 2 mornings there and they were very good and a load of variety. The main reason for the stay was to use the pool for my granddaughter and you get a double thumbs up for that!!!! She loved it...

Le petit déjeuner était complet dans les choux proposés au buffet. Nous avons aussi pris le repas du soir à la taverne de l’hôtel et c’était aussi très bon. La chambre était très propre et ça sentait bin. Le lit et les oreillers confortables.
