The breakfast saved the day. The lady that cooked was super nice. We were getting frustrated but the breakfast lady was super nice
The water took so long to get warm (not hot) that I took a cold shower thinking the hot water heater was broken. It literally took 20 minutes to get warm. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. We requested extra towels and 2 extra pillows but didn't receive them until my wife insisted on the last day. I asked if they had a laundry area and the young lady at the front desk spoke to me as if I was a vagrant. Asking why and what room I was in. Then, when We washed our clothes the dryer broke leaving us with 2 loads of soaking wet clothes. I had to find a laundry mat and spend my last evening doing that (which ruined our stay) and had to leave in the morning exhausted.

the front desk man was rude. he lied about having the room i booked. the heat was on high and couldn’t shut off. the toilet didn’t flush. the bed was uncomfortable and loud if you moved. i got stuck in the elevator and the front desk man told me to jump up and down to try to fix it. absolutely terrible experience.

We got fresh towels which was a pleasant suprise. Lots of parking and could see the car from our room. Elevator to 3rd floor room. Staff kept the common areas tidy and walkways shoveled despite the snow and salt on roads. Good desk. Comfortable armchair with foot rest. Close to petrol station, highway and walk to decent restaurants
Well....
- there seemed to be a lot of people living in the motel. Upon arrival we witnessed management arguing with some residents and threating to call police if they didn't leave. Giving the place an overall dodgy feeling
- our room didn't lock when you went out (did lock from inside)
- plastic Keys were very grotty. Looked like they should have been thrown away years ago. And hey we didn't need the key to open our door anyway!
- room was clean but not clean. Still used shampoo bottle in shower and crud stuck to sink
-smell of cigarettes and marijuana thru the corridors and elevator
-many stains on towels, need to be retired
-rickety elevator. Slightly frightening 😆
-I prepaid the entire stay on booking.com and then the hotel put through an extra $1.60 charge on my credit card for each night we were there!?!?

Old furniture and bed fittings.

the location.
the air conditioning was not working, so the room was too warm.
the bathroom floor was dirty.

Needs remodeling, very over priced for the lack of quality and our dated under maintenanced building and facilities.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean
The heat/air did not work, towels were paper thin. The breakfast had no proteins only stale junk food pastries. The milk was all curdled and no juices at all. Tried to speak to Mgr but she refused

Location was good. Staff was very friendly.
Air conditioner was very loud. Ran out of coffee.

Staff was friendly.
The property is old so many of the accommodations are tired. Our mattress had a HUGE stain that was only noticeable because the fitted sheet came loose from the top corner revealing yuck.

the bed, that's it
the whole place is in terrible condition, appears to be no effort to repair things and do it correctly

Easy access from the highway.
The place is a dump. Shoddy workmanship is evident throughout the building. It needs a major rehab. When we arrived there were four other parties waiting to check in. The poor guy on duty was frazzled and trying his best but it took forever. Then the keyto our room didn't work so it was back to the lobby to get that fixed. There is no signage for getting to the lobby so it was an "adventure" to wander around the parking lot in the dark until we found the lobby and had the key re-programmed. The heating system did not work. No matter how we tried to adjust it to get some heat in the room, it just blew cold air out. We struck out in the shower. All three of the wall-mounted products were empty. No shampoo. No conditioner. No soap. So it was out of the shower, dripping water onto the floor to get the ones on the counter. The furniture was beat-up and looked like it had been there since the 50s.
Based on the rate we paid (over $200 for one night for the two of us) we expected a new, first-rate hotel.
In previous trips we have stayed at Quality Inns that were "fresh" and well-maintained. This place was not. It's too bad that one lousy owner in Colchester, VT. has caused us to say that we will not be staying at any more Quality Inns. Good bye forever.

Easy access to Burlington and UVM. Only hotel for mikes for less than $300 a night.
Room had a hole in the shower wall and rusty air conditioner. Drunk and high people in lobby when we arrived. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot and in the bushes, beer cans and liquor bottles littering the lawn in the morning.

Nothing was good. The included breakfast was cheap creepy microwave food. The microwave was filthy!! The tables old & falling apart like the rest of the hotel!
This was a totally DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!
VERY DIRTY, VERY OLD, DECREPIT, NASTY,NASTY!!!

The room was nice but it did smell like previous guests may have smoked in it
The hallway carpet was pretty dirty and hallway walls and hotel lobby looked like they may have been painted at one point but not by a professional. Looks like the Quality Inn invested some money in the rooms ( a good thing) but the rest of the hotel could use some help as well.

Nothing! The property is rundown.
The beds had bedbugs. The manager, Julie L., offered minimal support. She only offered a 25% reduction from the bill. In addition, someone tried to break into the room and thankfully the safety lock was in place. I felt unsafe. I would never stay here again!

Nothing
Long line to check in with only one person working, inefficient check-in process, pool closed with no prior notice, dirt on floor in room, wrinkled sheets, used soap by the sink, no control of the cooling system, inefficient check-out, "continental breakfast" was joke.
3.0
The breakfast was just cereal and yogurt and microwave egg sandwich. They had juice and coffee but no tea.
It was advertised as having a pool and exercise room but both were closed due to COVID. When we asked they said it should have been on the website, but it wasn't. The rate was still the same although the amenities were not! Also, the window in the room was shattered and taped. When we inquired they said they were waiting to get it repaired.

Location I guess
See above comments; poor communication.

Bed was comfortable
Went down the first day to grab breakfast, the selection was small (which is understandable considering the pandemic) but when I grabbed a bagel it had visible mold on it. Brought it to the desk and informed the staff. Went out to breakfast at a local restaurant.

“Smoke free room” stank of cigarettes. Bath fixtures were broken. Toilet seat was loose and falling off. Light switch was cracked open in bathroom - seemed dangerous. All clocks in room were set incorrectly. Floor was “sticky”... ew. There were beetles in the room.
I didn’t want to touch anything!!!

Enjoyed the "grab and go" breakfast..
Nothing really.
