The breakfast was okay for that price.

The hotel did not provide housekeeping, by their own admission. The bed was never made, the bathroom never cleaned. One day we couldn’t take showers due to a lack of hot water. The room and the halls were smelly and felt unclean. The staff, however, was accommodating and well meaning.

I broke my leg a while ago and accommodations were very good

room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was correct. Location of the hotel was perfect.

The carpet in the corridors is dirty. The wallpaper in our room was unstuck and the tv screen was worn out (room 268).

Got to the room and still had leftover belongings in it, dirty towels, tweezers on the sink. Pull out the couch for my oldest child and absolutely no sheets or blankets in the room for it. Call room service they deliver 2 sheets. Had to go down and ask for a blanket and pillow

The location was good. Very close to major roads and to Burlington.

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was impossible to sleep as every 2 minutes there would be a very loud bang, that we still are unsure what from. This went on from 12pm-6am. Breakfast wasn’t good. Elevator was so loud and took so long to get from floor to floor. it felt like it would crash down at any second. The walls were so thin. Bed was unbelievably bouncy, and not in a good way. Do not stay here.

location, affordable

dirty in the halls and in our room; had not been vacuumed, bathroom jets in bathtub were filthy, tiles on floor were lose, bathtub slippery, no hot water last night of stay; also, the smell of marijuana was strong on main floor.

Reception desk efficient room as expected . We had stayed there in the past .

very strong foul odours in hallways & elevator. Dated decor and well used furnishings. hardly any water pressure in shower. rear parking lot entrance key card mechanism not working, forced to walk all the way to the front with luggage in the snow at night.

it’s old

outside look fine. Then inside very old creepy. You can here everyone outside the room, doors slam. The bed was the worst very uncomfortable and hard pillows no good.

The water was cold so I had to shower at the local YMCA. I asked to have it checked and it was still the same the next day. I wrote to the Manager but she didn’t bother writing back. Surely hot water is a basic of even a three star hotel?

Breakfast had a variety.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Able to supply extra blankets.. Rooms had hairdryer, iron, and board. Nice little alcove for frig and microwave. Decent continental breakfast. Easy to get downtown for shopping. Only 10 minutes from airport. Inn is on Dorset road with many shops in malls. Two food co-ops for stocking room frig
