cleanliness and style are great! love the adjustable bed, super comfy. Especially love the light settings.

you can hear clearly through the walls to other rooms without trying or wanting to hear. kiosk to check in and out is irritating especially when there are one to two employees standing at the desk doing nothing. The small stairwell to the pool is irritating. The air and heat was set to auto and could not be adjusted to what you wanted which means you cannot make your room as comfortable as you want. I dont want the heat cutting on just because i up the temp by two degrees because im a little colder than i want to be. Seems to be more of a party atmosphere for a supposed 4 star hotel. Absolutely ridiculous that you are charged a fee and a huge fee at that, for checking in early. The rooms were clean and guest could go ahead and check in but we had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hr to check in without being charged a huge early check-in fee.

The location was very good. Confortable bed. Complimentary coffee in each floor.The hotel staff was super friendly.

The hotel walls are as thin as paper. Prepare yourself: During my stay, I heard people in the hall, other guests talking in their room (and in fact I could even participate in the conversation), other guests being intimate during the night, a truck passing by, sirens going off. The sound insulation is ZERO. I didn't have a calm night. The lights in the room should be simpler. I know it seems like a good and modern idea to put a control to customize the light in the rooms, but, for example, you can't turn on the bathroom light at night without turning everything on. The bathroom has a shower separate from the toilet, which is unconventional but acceptable.

O recepcionista que trabalha à noite é muito atencioso e eficiente. É um exemplo de acolhimento e simpatia. Todo o staff é muito simpático, sorridente e atencioso. Também apreciamos a limpeza impecável do quarto e a clareza das informações. O depósito provisório foi imediatamente devolvido após o check-out. O hotel tem luzes que o hóspede pode ajustar às suas necessidades e um serviço de café e água gratuitos ao lado do elevador. A localização é excelente: a alguns metros do Capitolio.

The check in was kind of cool.

The size of the room. The room did not have a trash bin. Parking was ridiculous an additional $60. We were told one thing about the deposit, and here we are days later with the parking charged separately from the deposit that is supposed to be refunded. Our view was of a small building with a homeless man out front.

This place is very good located, the Capitol is walking distance away, the room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. the gym seem very clean. the rooftop pool area looked really nice but it was not available all the time, and on a private party during the eclipse, so no access even if you were staying at the hotel at that time :C.

for the price the room seems small, but everything seems expensive on that area. Did not liked the little fridge location, it kept overheating that area, seems like a fire hazard. the food at the restaurant wasn't the best.

Comprei um pacote que incluía café da manhã. Apenas durante a estadia descobri que o mesmo só funcionava mais tarde, não era compatível com horário de trabalho. No primeiro disseram que fariam o reembolso no final, no último recusaram a fazê-lo.

Room was clean, well provisioned. Location was perfect, very close to the station, and not too far from the Mall. Staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of water available on each floor Very spacious and powerful shower. Price was much lower than comparable hotels in the area!

With aircon on in the night to bring temperature down to bearable, room was a bit dry and woke up with a monstrously sore throat. But this has been the same everywhere in the US I've stayed, as I'm not used to central air.

O hotel é muito bem situado para fazer turismo em Washington, ficando bem próximo de boas atrações....

Não gostei do tratamento da atendente no meu check-in, faltou cordialidade e simpatia. Salvo o Sr. que nos ajudou com a malas, muito cordial e simpático....

The bed and shower

For that money the room could of been bigger and came with more amenities. Also the extra towels I asked for. The front seat person was very rude and standoffish at check in. Also did not pay attention to my request for extra towels

Very modernized. The kids really liked the led lights and overall vibes of this hotel

I don’t like how open the bathrooms are. I would prefer a larger bathroom with complete privacy.

Room service krijgen voor schone handdoeken en opmaken bedden was soms een beetje lastig.

주차비와 세탁시설 부분이 부킹닷컴에 나와 있는 정보와 달랐습니다. 주차비가 60달러로 더 비쌌고, 세탁시설이 없었습니다.

La habitación muy moderna y nueva. En los pasillos hay agua fría y café gratuito con leche. La piscina esta en la terraza de arriba del hotel con zona de bar.

la ubicación esta en una zona de oficinas un poco alejada del centro para ir andando pero estaba muy bien comunicada sobre todo si vienes en tren esta justo al lado.

Limpeza. Disponibilidade de café e água no hotel. Conforto dos quartos.

location was convenient. within 20-30 min walking distance to museums.

I had a skin allergic reaction to something in the room. also, housekeeping did not come to our room on one of the days. no microwave. could not reach staff on the phone. no pen or paper in the room to write my comments or requests - would have asked the staff to change the bedding. don’t think they change the bedding the second day.
