Very outdated. No central AC. Cleaning only every other day.

Staff at front desk were so warm, genuine and friendly. Great facilities, clean and comfy rooms. Good location and some great eating options. Our 2nd time staying there and would definitely go back.

There were some maintenance/cleaning issues with our first room but the response from service staff and the front desk was incredible. The bathroom was a bit dated and pokey but was fine.

The view , the pool area, the lobby and location

The funky smell on our floor , smelt moldy, the bathrooms were so small and the view from our room was just gorgeous until you looked down on the rooftop and There was rubbish everywhere, wanted to jump down myself and tidy it up.

Location

Hotels are called hospitality facilities and there was nothing hospitable about it. Booking.com must change their advertisement because it is FALSE! The indoor aquarium are section off for restaurants and the large picture window aquarium room is closed for guests. They monetize the "resort" sections of the hotel. The pool facility forbids you to bring "outside" food that was not purchased in the hotel. We had a cup of soup and was denied access. All you can do is walk in and walk out if you don't spend anymore money in the hotel. The $48 parking was to find a open space. They overcharge resort fees at $58.99 while attempting slight of hand information to make you think it was the taxes.

Location was great! Breakfast was ok.

Elevator wait time was lengthy. Pool chairs were reserved with no one ever sitting in them. Trying to find a pool chair was close to impossible.

Great location across the road from Waikiki Beach! Pleasant, friendly staff mostly! Comfortable bed, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. ,

Bell hops could have been friendlier. A smile and acknowledegment that you are waiting goes a long way. Other staff were great.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel itself is in a great location, and there is easy access to shops and restaurants. The pool bar has great music in the evenings. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They texted every day to check in on our experience.

There is limited seating around the pool and it gets crowded during the afternoons. The rooms are only cleaned every 2 days, but the hotel accommodated us when we asked to have them serviced every day instead.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RECEIPT FROM THEM NOW FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEY SAY THEIR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN................PATHETIC
