room cleaned once in four days. overcharged when i left. issue still pending.

Not many Waikiki hotels have microwaves so it was a plus. Location was great. Walking distance to everything. I liked the pool aesthetic.

The room was a bit small and the bathrooms were a little outdated.

Great location, super close to the main Waikiki Beach area. Room was really nice and clean and the downstairs bar and pool area was great to just relax in. Staff were great. Shout out to the bartender Tyler (who is leaving soon) but he was awesome! We were even able to hire a Go Pro from the hotel for our snorkelling day and this was included in our hotel fee along with a few other things and I thought that was pretty cool!

Only comment would be the bathrooms are small. Was fine for us just as a couple but there wasn’t much room

Nice location close to restaurants, shopping and beach.

The first room we were shown had a very musty odor and was very unpleasant. They switched us to another room which was slightly better. The bathroom was old and tub was discolored, the toilet was old fashion. The kitchenette was not very functional and came with no utensils or plates etc, so it was worthless. Furniture wasn't comfortable and was cheaply made.

Extremely noisy 2nd flr room. Every time person in Room next to mine takes shower or flush toilet, it woke me up.

The location has some positives.

It’s dated and in desperate need of a refresh. The rooms are seriously tired and grimy. The door to the room was extremely flimsy and didn’t lock well. I didn’t really feel safe.

the internet didn’t work at all - I was refunded the destination fee which included high speed internet, but given the internet didn’t work at all I expected a bigger discount staff claimed that the internet was bad because lots of people use it, which isn’t really an excuse when you advertise high speed internet wrote a formal complaint and as of yet had no response the hotel is VERY loud. no sound proofing between rooms, can hear everything in the corridors/slamming doors, no double glazing so a lot of noise from the street no sun at the pool

Staff were great.

Very tired finishes and furnishings, poor selection at pool fabric - filthy cusions with holes. Room sofa was dirty with fabric arms, Mattress felt old. Bathroom was a roll in shower but the water drained all the way into the toilet area.

I love the location close to everything

I didn’t like that I booked two rooms and my family had to be separated by whole buildings

Location was good in terms of distance to beach and restaurants. Wifi was sufficient and worked without disruption.

Hot tub not working throughout stay, reception staff not helpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. Cleaning of room was very poor and infrequent. Pool area does not get sun at any time of the day. Balcony towards street was not used at all due to loud traffic from early morning to late evening time. Noise from other guests could be heard in room.

The exterior and pool area are beautifully designed and maintained. The entire staff is full of lovely and friendly people. they remember your special occasions and will do what they can to ensure you have a great time!

I’ve noticed this with Courtyards in particular, the bathrooms aren’t as clean as they should be. There were multiple cracks, the mirror has a black stain, the bathtub wasn’t painted properly.
