It can get busy however this is managed well

I wish I would have been aware of the W’s additional fees, when I arrived on sight, versus the fee I thought I was paying. Note: I had already anticipated the additional charge for parking onsite.

Location was great and close to the Trader Joe's and where all of my meetings were. Super central and close to the BART as well.

Not enough desk lighting for my work calls. The tv's remote and ease of use was questionable.

Right across the street from Moscone Center. Could also walk to Embarcadero ( restaurants on the SF Bay) SF Moma As Bon Voyage member, got $40 towards hot, in-room breakfast which came in an incredible 15 minutes!!!

The amount of music played everywhere. I understand that this is the idea they are going for - hip and like you are in a club it just wasn't for us.

The bed was sooo comfy! The room was very nice & had a beautiful vibe. The bar was beautiful and the staff was mostly friendly.

The staff continued to misinform us. I feel like we were told something else upon arrival and heard something else after leaving. I had asked the staff if there was any self-parking nearby for a cheaper rate then the 90 they charged for valet and I was told no. I like to self park because it saves the hassle of calling my car back up if I need to leave late at night, luckily we were close to our event. While we were checking out we were informed that there was indeed a self-parking garage for $30 around the corner. Not only that but the pricing change upon arrival was ridiculous, it said 180 online, yet when we arrived the total came out to a little over $300 + a deposit holding fee. Not only that but they charged $600 and then returned a little less than half. Luckily money isn’t an issue (and it was very close to our destination, we were able to walk!) but I definitely feel like this hotel was a little dishonest on booking websites and I payed more than I thought I would before hand. If upfront I knew it I would’ve been fine, but finding out on spot was definitely uncomfortable.

Perfect location next to Moscone, where our conference was held. So can't ask for more!

Of course cost of stay, especially when you earn in India and spend in USD is expensive. Second ids poor wifi connection in the rooms, and charging for wifi is a bad practice in tourism. It should be for free when in house!!

Well-appointed, modern rooms with plenty of space. Location is great, especially for the Convention Center and anything in SOMA. All the employees I encountered were very friendly.

I had a convention at the Moscone Center West and I loved the location. Very easy walk from the room to the convention center and no hassle with public transit. We were dropped off at the hotel and didn’t need to park a car which made the whole stay a breeze.

I think the light in our room as you walk in (2703) was broken which is a super minor thing. And also the hotel kept placing and releasing holds on my account even after checkout which is a little annoying because I wasn’t sure when the room would actually be charged and completed.

Vom 23. Stock hat man auf das lebendige Geschehen in der Stadt sehen können. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit Minibar. In der Lobby gab es super coole Spielautomaten zur freien Benutzung (voll retro) mit Spielen vom C64. Das lässt das Papa-Herz höher schlagen 😃 Top Valet Parking und hervorragende Frühstücksauswahl.

Alles war super, manchmal halt auch teuer.

The hotel was very nice looking I love the design and upscale feeling of the place. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The person who checked me in was very helpful and she gave off a good, positive vibe. I wish I had more time to experience dining and the gym!

Swimming pool would have been nice. Various different taxes on top of the room fee. Parking is too expensive, sadly I got the wrong information about street parking overnight and received a fine due to overnight cleaning between 2:00 and 3:00.

駅と出張先から近く良かった。 ケーブルカー乗り場、スーパーなども近くて出張の空き時間に観光も楽しめました。 インルームダイニングを頼み、とても美味しかったです。 ポットはないですが、ネスプレッソでお湯が利用できるのでとっても便利でした。 お掃除が行き届いていた。
