Lovely hotel

It is as unsafe as you get all around the hotel , there homeless drug addict’s everywhere, its not the hotels fault , but really upset about the US government or local authorities that have left all CBDs to rack and ruin its an absolute shame

The hotel is in a very Central location. The rooms are equally as nice, if not nicer, than they are in the pictures. Bed is 10 out of 10 for comfort. Bathroom is lovely and clean although towels could be a little bit bigger. Heated toilet seat is an interesting experience. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to San Francisco

La ubicacion es muy buena cerca de todo, facil de morse por San Francisco. El personal atento y bien predispuesto. Mucha gente habla español y facilita el dialogo

Internet es muy mala, si tienen que hacer conferencias mejor busquen otro lugar. No reponen agua diario. Hay un water station pero podrian poner unas botellas de cortesia. Mas pagando casi USD 350 la noche.

Ubicación

Pagué un upgrade y la habitación era inferior a la de mi primera estancia. El desagüe de la regadera tapado. Y me cobraron un concepto de amenidades que la primera vez no me cobraron. No regreso

Everything all around exceptional hotel. Great food great room for great value. Had a wonderful experience and definitely will recommend to others.

Honestly nothing maybe few other menu choices on dinner menu. Overall everything was awesome. Great location as well. Truly impressed with my stay.

We have stayed at Hotel Nikko San Francisco several times as our annual family gateway trip. Great services, clean and elegant room. Indoor pool is amazing. Easy access to downtown San Francisco. We also recommend getting a room on imperial club floor. The lounge is comfortable, and we enjoyed yummy appetizers and complimentary drinks in the evening as well as good quality breakfast.

great location close to union square. staff were very charming and friendly. room with clean and nicely proportioned. lots of good restaurants within a short drive. cafe mason just up the street was a good breakfast venue

it's not the properties fault but San Francisco has an issue with homeless people. the reception staff gave clear guidance of areas not to walk in.

the payment transaction was a day delay and suffered the exchange rate impact

The staff were very helpful and gave us the best room they had with a fantastic view.

posizione eccellente , 300 dal treno per aeroporto e metro, a ridosso del centro assoluto con tutti i migliori negozi della città, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 10min. Niente da dire, tutto ok, penso il migliore hotel five stars di san Francisco in rapporto qualità prezzo.

Excellent amenities and clean rooms, sauna, steam room and pool.

Not much, if nitpicking I’d say the steam room takes awhile to heat up and reach a nice steamy temp.

Clean, great quiet rooms with comfy beds. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful.

The room service food was really bad. We did order late, But we didn’t eat it

Checkin was friendly and efficient. The room, though not large, was clean, large bed, and nice furniture. Very good view of bay and San Francisco, just don’t look down. The gym was excellent, large, well equipped with both machines, smith machine, cables and lots of free weights. The pool area is nice, perhaps too shallow for a decent swim but a good space. Unfortunately even though they have designated adult only hours PEOPLE do not read. Better signage could help this. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, huge variety, quality and the waffles are fresh as if just cooked.
