The overall Room was clean but the bathroom had debri in the bathroom sink, on the floor and in the waste basket- appeared the construction in the bathroom not cleaned up and classes placed on back of toilet seat

Ziemlich zentral gelegen und die Haltestelle der LightRail ist nicht weit entfernt die eine Direktverbindung zum Airport hat.

Gilt nur für das mir zugeteilte Zimmer, das lag ebenerdig zur Straße raus weshalb man auch bei Tag die Vorhänge geschlossen haben musste um sich nicht andauernd beobachtet zu fühlen.

Property needs to be updated. Peeling wallpaper, rust on ceiling vents and what appeared to be mold in the bathtub. Very surprised the Sheraton would allow their facilities to get this bad.

The location was good for where I needed to go for my trip. It was central to downtown

The shower only had cold water, it never heated up. Half the lights in the room did not work so it was very dark and hard to work.

Perhaps the only negative was that the property is fairly close to homeless encampments

Being able to open a balcony. Nice Tv Smart. Beside Air Condition pretty quite in the room. Pool surroundings. Starbucks in the hotel. Comfy big beds with nice ironed sheets and comfy pillows. Fast elevator

First time I payed 230 with breakfast x2 for much better, newer room than the second time unfortunately, without breakfast, weird because they exactly have seen how much i payed for the first time 2 days prior, unfortunately the rooms on a groundfloor are way older and i payed 300dol for 1 night there in a way older room covered with an old floor covering which does not smell any good and requires renovation first of all if you charge on Wesnesday 300 dollars a night with no breakfast. The old dirty floor Teppich requires cleaning.Air Condition in a room is way too loud not possible to sleep. breakfast costs 21dol additionaly, with no fresh eggs made from fresh eggs omlette, scrambble,soft boiled egg, or toasts or anything you could imagine on a breakfast menu like in EU which is a standart. Parking lot costs 15dol extra. there is no european standart fresh food selection available and instead trippled sugared coated cereal for kids which suppose to be banned for consumption (anyway US kids are stuffing their mouths with it and parents pretending they're blind). People in US eat mostly chemical treated and tripple sweetened fake products pretending to be pastry or bread which are extremly unhealthy and tastes like a cardbox, there is no a real egg only some carton egg mush, what is this? a real Coffee is impossible to drink in US, in this hotel as well, watery coffee substitute with no real or plant milk does not taste like coffee. Where is the real coffee and where is the high pressure espresso coffee maschine? i would very happily show you how the niveau of a real Sheraton looks in Eu in Cracow PL for example, for the price range your class standart look more like ** stars hotel and your golden times where propably 10 years ago where the floor covering was still not smelly and bright clean.

Large room, clean, nice lobby

The area is not nice and kind of dumpy, a lot of homeless people in the near vicinity, room was expensive for what we got, it was my husband’s and my anniversary so I asked for a upper floor room with a decent view and we got a second floor room with a view of the parking lot and homeless people and no acknowledgment of our anniversary at check-in, also out tv did not work.

We liked the great room service. The food was great and prompt. The hotel was updated and things were easy to find. It was very quiet and the location was great.

If you don't give them your license plate number for parking you might get a ticket.also parking is $15. One person on staff in dining was not happy to be there and not helpful for the breakfast without asking many questions. The rest of the staff was top notch though. Also the ac in the room couldn't quite keep up with the heat outside. Not hot in the room but not as cool as we would have liked.

Was never told that there was a brkfst. Had to eat in the restaurant. However, the buffet plates were dirty and I was told there were "stains", I told them no there are bits of food on them.

Went to the restaurant for lunch and didn't feel all that welcome. Almost as if they didn't want to be at work.

Water in the front lobby wasn’t refilled in a timely manner. No complimentary breakfast or snacks.

Checkin was absolutely seemless, exceeded expectations! The staff was wonderful, especially for it being 1:30AM. Very welcoming! She gave us vouchers for free breakfast, gave us free parking, and extended our checkout time to 2 pm at no extra cost! The room smelled new, was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had an excellent view of the city from our balcony! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Salt Lake in the future!
