Swimming pool and outside lounge area

The room and cleanliness were good, but not worth the price.

There was no communication after I requested an airport shuttle from the moment I booked. I tried to message a number of times with no response. We came in on a late flight, waited 45 minutes and there was no shuttle. We ended up paying for a taxi and got to the hotel to find a sign that shuttles run every 20 minutes. We were tired, had an early flight and the desk staff blew it off because they share a shuttle with neighboring hotels. They could have made it right in their overpriced hotel, but didn't. Next time we will choose another hotel.

All I can say is the staff was nice enough and the bed was comfortable. Everything else about this place sucks.

Called aloft to book a room after my flight was cancelled late. Was told there were zero rooms available. Went onto booking.... Booked a room. So, clearly there were rooms available. Waited on the shuttle bus for an hour, though in all fairness that was the airports fault for having no traffic directors and utter chaos. Went I arrived, I asked for a toothbrush, as my bag had been checked at the airport. They're out of toothbrushes. Plugged my phone into the only "charge port" in the room with my USB cable. After a whole night of charging my phone makes it to 40% charge. So that thing is total garbage. Had housekeeping knocking on my door waking me up at 7am.

Great Location from the airport. Really nice spot to stay if you have an early flight.

The room entry doors have an automatic shut mechanism. Anytime someone leaves their room or enters sounds like someone slamming the door very hard.
