This property is in a wonderful location, great rooms and facilities. I will stay here again!

Perfect central location, great view from the room (we were on a 14th floor), very modern and stylish design. We also enjoyed complimentary coffee and water. Fridge in the room helped as well. And don't forget to get Philly cheesesteak somewhere in the Philly, one of the best meals we had on our US trip!
We booked room with breakfast included. Apparently, it is not usual, as they were not aware of it. We were two adults and one child, however we got only two vouchers. The way it works is you get 20 USD or so to spend on menu per voucher. As the coffee and water was complimentary we were able to get 3 meals for two vouchers (as we were three). However, the options were rather fast-food like and it would probably make more sense to eat somewhere else as the hotel is located in the city center with many options (the menu didn't really have any healthy options). I also think it should be absolutely automatic to give voucher for all persons accommodated with breakfast included rate (including children - hotels and society usually support families, not punish them). Or even better - offer standard buffet breakfast or none.

Location of hotel is very good, in the middle of everything to see in Philadelphia. Staff, always happy to support even if you are not a US citizen (was not always the case during our road trip). Our room was good and design of hotel is nice and well maintained.
I would like to remind to hotel management that Covid is now over and we need to be back to previous standards. We (as your guests) don't have time to run after toilet paper or shower gel, towels. We don't have time for that. Hopefully, you can count on very good staff, but they should be occupied with other tasks to improve customers experience

Excellent location, the free cucumber and lemon water at the lobby was very refreshing after a long day out walking. They have Ziploc bags prefilled with ice but never found out if they were free or no, probably not.
If it was, I didn't see it but a price list for the refreshments would have been nice.

The bedspread had some stains on it and it got so hot in the room during the night. The day time was fine but at night it seemed like the AC had trouble keeping the room cool

The hotel staff was very friendly, and caring about my stay. They were knowledgeable and helpful for the surrounding area. The room was very clean, and safe.
When I called to confirm the reservation , they front desk agent indicated that you DID NOT need a room key to access the guest floor, but when I arrived you did. This was very frustrating, as I had many friends coming at different times and having to come down to get them each time was annoying.

I was getting a smell in common areas. Also in wash basin cold water was not coming properly. Hotel never told that per day $62 will be charged for parking. In my life I stayed in many hotels but first time I faced the situation that next door guy complained about noise in morning 7.30 AM saying my son got up early. I really felt bad about it. That person banged the door which was common between rooms 2-3 times to say we want to sleep. I can hear everything what they were saying. it was a really bad experience for me that walls or doors are not sound proof.

Room was described as "king room with city view" but the view was of a concrete wall and diesel air handling system - not exactly advertisement worthy. Also, the check out time posted on the door of the room was 12:00, but the concierge refused to honor this checkout time and insisted that we check out at 11am. I've never stayed in a hotel that couldn't move checkout time by an hour.

I liked the room size and how friendly all of the staff were to me and my pup. My view was top tier and the location was great for everything i wanted to do.
I didnt like the lack of food offerings, the fact that i had to do so much on my own without assistance for staff. The air/heat unit was crazy and i spent most of the nights up trying to get warm.
