Nothing much it was a dump very scary place with no security and filthy sheets with blood stain all over we could not sleep fearing someone might come and rob or kill us

Everything this was a torturous event likes of it we have not experienced before ever. Bad location , rundown building, smelly carpets, filthy sheets and pillows, not wiring tv, no security , very scary, people running around over top of us as if they are about to come and hurt us. No one was available from so called hotel to help very bad bad experience

close to the airport

very old and outdated. most lamps had no bulbs and the bed was as hard as a rock

we called for shuttle we were told 10 mins. It was 45 minutes. waited 15 min more to get checked in. no desk attendant. shuttle driver had to check us in. breakfast poor. we saw a rat by outside sitting area!

nice place to stay before an early flight. shuttle was on time and driver was good. room was dated but clean and good for a brief stay. room was really big with kitchenette.

Location.

The handicap facilities were a joke. I was told I would be on the first floor it turned out to be 1 level up. The building was on an incline. When we took the luggage out of the car it rolled down hill. The breakfast was a bad pancake machine with coffee. No hot cereal. The syrup was in a half gallon container which someone dropped and it wasn't cleaned up. We only went to breakfast once.

The room served my needs of needing a place to sleep after my first flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight.

The food and drink served for Breakfast was horrible!!! The pancake machine was broke and they did not have other pastries, etc. as an alternative. They only had white bread from which everyone had to reach in the bag to get - not very clean. There were no gloves to use. The selection of food was very, very poor.

The hotel was quite old, with old wine colored rugs on the hallways, I’m not certain there was an elevator but I got there around 10pm and had to drag my boxes up the stairs. The same person at the reception was also operating the airport shuttle as such you get to the reception and it’s unmanned.

the owner want to charge me for the breakfast food. in my security deposit. he was rude and not understanding.

the breakfast was only coffee. the juicer was broken and pancake machine was broken. cereal was old. no fruit or yogurt or butter or jelly or peanut butter to make a sandwich.

Don't stay here.

They did not have breakfast. That is a lie. And they overcharged me $50 Saturday night. And then told me that I would have to wait until Tuesday at 10am to discuss it with a manager. So now I'm waiting to discuss it with someone.

The owner was very helpful and working hard to make the stay welcome during a snow storm that made many flights get delayed.

The hotel is older and could use some upgrades.

Was not as advertised. If there isn’t free breakfast then take it off your website. Ice maker didn’t work, single serve coffee maker in the cupboard but no coffee tea etc

I can’t say enough about Riad Les Nuit de Marrakech. It is a gem set in a great location steps from the Medina- yet very quiet. The Riad has a charm of its own. The rooms are surprisingly big and have a lovely authentic Morrocan style. It has all the amenities you would get in much more expensive hotels. Also the breakfast is truly a feast- not a boring buffet. it is served up on the terrace, weather permitting. Finally Michael gave us such great information and really was there for all our needs. A big thank you to Yousef. You will love this place, trust me!

We selected this Super 8 because they offered a free shuttle to the airport. They are within walking distance of the car rental return for Sea-Tac, so we turn in the car early and rode the shuttle to the airport worry-free. I also liked the clean, big bedroom; and it had refrigerator, microwave and sink in the bedroom.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but seemed safe enough.

We were impressed by the size of the room. It was surprisingly quiet for being as close to the airport as it was. We were on the ground floor, which made for very convenient access.

The refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. It took half an hour to check in because it was the high traffic time of the day and only one clerk was available. Both of these were minor inconveniences.

The check in guy was very friendly, sometimes they're not and nobody wants to deal with that when they're traveling

There was no breakfast available, that was one of the reasons I booked at that hotel. So my son, his daughter and son could eat something before their flight

Horrible customer service. Room didn’t unlock, had to get different room. Ac didn’t work, the smoke alarm beeped all night. Manager gone from desk, running shuttle. Rude.

I didn’t like the service, the condition of the rooms or the lack of elevator.
