Big bedroom. Breakfast provided. Lots of facilities (fridge, microwave) in room. Staff were friendly.

My room was not cleaned at all during a four-night stay. The AC unit was large and noisy. Breakfast was very processed.

Went to Ithaca for a concert at Cornell and the hotel raised their prices and priced gouged our room for $361 per night. Hotel not downtown - a car needed to reach campus/downtown

Break fast is decent. Room is passable (looks old). Had a good privacy. Beds are of decent size. Clean rooms.

The room is okay clean, but the whole hotel looks like a Motel under the Best Western name. It looks dated and all the equipment are old and makes noise. The tables and remotes had a lot of dust and the toilet makes a lot of noise. I will not return again.

The room had a very nice fireplace and it’s in a very quite location. You also had around quite some restaurants and stores

The bed was quite small for a couple. Breakfast was not great but had enough for starting your say!

The bathroom sink aerator was totally blocked allowing only a tiny squirt of water to flow and the sink was dirty. It was late when I arrived so I spent about 45 minutes disassembling it with no tools and cleaning it so I could clean the sink and brush my teeth before going to sleep. The mirror’s silver backing was black in many areas and needs to be replaced. The shower’s plastic faucet handle fell off when I touched it. The screw securing it was still in the handle beneath the cap but was not properly secured. There were two sets of bath towels but one set smelled awful, like body odor and was literally grey in color. I used the one clean towel the first night and picked up a clean pair the following morning. The bedding was clean but it was improperly made up so the the top sheet and duvet were covering only the bottom 2/3 of the bed. I had to pull it apart and remake the bed so it could cover my body. The carpet in the room was not clean. It had ice melt crystals all over it and other debris all around the edges.

Garbage bags in foyer and door open to anyone, going into where rooms are .

Rooms were large and very clean. Also hotel was close to a supermarket. The Shuttle service was excellent. I used it a lot.

The stuff was great, offered help when needed.

The bed was uncomfortable and the side of it was dirty with some orange sauce.
