The ac unit stops running in the middle of the night and warmed up the room quickly. Not great in the summer.

I liked the location of our room, second flooor, near the door.

I was four minutes late for breakfast, I wasn't even offered a cup of coffee. I went to the front desk and the gentleman got me a cup of coffee. Appreciated his effort, the kitchen staff not so much.

pull out bed - no pillows or blankets were in the room; didn't like being charged for a breakfast that was not available or just bagles. hotel should provide airport parking so those flying out could take a shuttle over.

I'm very upset that the gym at the location was closed for renovations. The gym was a large factor in my choosing this hotel and it was very disappointing to not have access to that feature.

The room and the bathroom were very clean and inviting. There were plenty of towels. The room was kept at a pleasant temperature. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows.
No hairdryer in my room. The night manager was not helpful, he had no desire to help in anyway. The area to purchase drinks, snacks and such was near empty both nights what was in the refrigerator was warm. Arriving back to the hotel alone and late each night and not knowing the area I hoped to be able to purchase a cold beverage and a snack. Hopefully after my experience they will spend more time on training the evening staff.

The location is close to the university and that is why we chose this hotel.
I have traveled globally and this is the WORST hotel stay experience in my life. The front desk is CLUESLESS, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL.
The AC is broken in the hot & humid summer and the front desk can only offer a fan in a large suite (a separated living room and bedroom!) After we requested to speak to the manger (waiting for almost an hour), the manager finally arranged a room change (a smaller room but at least it has AC). The very next day, the front desk (Mr. Darius Cureton) claimed we did not have the breakfast in our package and we showed the booking/confirmation printout with breakfast package. He still claimed it is not displayed in the system, Then, we explained that there is a room swap last night due to the AC issue. All of a sudden, Mr. Darius Cureton just lost his temper and shouted at me: I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU!! while my wife and I standing together and tried to explained the situation. After several attempts (forward and backward with his rude manners and NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS ), he finally understood and found that we have the breakfast package in our reservation, although he kept lying: this is what he said originally.
I've verbally, written a memo (asked for a phone call back), and email to the hotel general manager to file an official complaint about this matter and asked for the necessary action and the progress update. As expected, it has been a week and no response/phone call from the GM or hotel.
Not sure what went wrong with this customer service from Marriott Courtyard but I will NEVER EVER book Marriott Courtyard.

I like Marriot brand but I have never thought this is not the same one.
The pet fee is $100 when checking in. The breakfast offered does not deserve my money. The air conditioning is like a crazy beast with howling. The carpet floor looks uncomfortable. The front staff didn't know the room toilet is broken. He gave me a feel that I "intentionally" made a trouble. I was scared so that I had to taken photos when I entered another room. I better keep the evidence for myself in case the staff thought it is I that have broken something.

I booked my reservation for last week through booking.com. I selected the courtyard marriott after searching for "breakfast included". I first sorted available hotels through booking.com in the ithaca, NY area that INCLUDED BREAKFAST. Courtyard Marriott was what I selected, partly because breakfast was included. After checking in, I was told it was NOT. The desk person at the hotel said that there was nothing he could do and the check with Booking.com. Firstly, booking.com is representing the hotel. The hotel should have contacted booking.com for me. Secondly, why did booking show that breakfast was included on its website? Thirdly, the receipt sent to me after I paid by booking.com states specifically: "Meal Plan -- Breakfast costs $0.10 per person per night. " I didn't know why 10 cents would be charged, but I was willing to pay a dime for breakfast. Terrible experience with booking.com(i.e., falsely advertised breakfast included) and terrible customer service concerning the issue at Marriott.
Provide me what was advertised (on both website and confirmation e-mail), promised, and I believed I paid for!

The room was clean
I didn't like having to ask for a microwave. I didn't like that the pool was closed for part of the time I was there because kids took a yoga ball and a chair that was already in the pool area and put it in the pool. Which somehow closed the pool for one to two days. I didnt like there was no hot tub even though there was signs for a whirlpool. I didnt like the spotty internet. I didn't like how the treadmills we're all broken but hey they would shuttle you to planet fitness. I found those treadmills online available to purchase.
Don't waste your money here.

Breakfast is typically NOT included at this Marriott, but available for an extra fee. That is clearly stated if you book through Marriott. However, the Booking.com reservation clearly states that breakfast WILL be included @ $0.10 pp to be charged upon book in. Yes, ten cents. I telephoned the property in ITHACA before I made the reservation. The clerk said that if that was what my contract stated then they would honor that. When I checked in the clerk was very nice. She was obviously familiar with this and said the voucher would be included on my reservation form.
The next morning the "waitress" did not find any record of that, (even though she was familiar with this "situation"). She told me I would have to check with the reservation clerk as she was not able to do that. The morning reservation clerk assured me it was impossible, even after I showed him the Booking.com reservation that Marriott had confirmed.
I told him to go ahead and bill me and that I would resolve it with a letter to Marriott, including the names of the various people with whom I had interacted. I then went back to finish my (now cold) breakfast. During the next half hour the "waitress" told me the breakfast had been taken care of.
Given that this is an AIRPORT hotel it would be MUCH better if Marriott just chose to offer the standard breakfast buffet to all as a matter of course. The "restaurant" service slowed EVERYONE down, not just me, as the waitress had to "explain" the menu options to everyone. It was both inefficient and irritating. I was glad that I was not trying to catch a flight.

Bed was comfortable, room was big. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great for us, a quiet area that was still an easy drive into the city or to hiking.

our room had a very unpleasant smell and we immediately needed a new room which they did accommodate. disappointed that they would offer a room with such an pleasant smell; we had arrived at 7pm so i believe the room would have been ready for a while.
roads getting into the hotel are very dark and not well lit. courtyard had overgrown weeds in outside lounge area. bathroom was very small.
also in reviewing our bill 344 for a Saturday night compared to the Sunday night price room rate is shameful since we stayed in the same room. raising prices for one night that much due to a baseball tournament is very disappointing.
