The property was Clean the staff friendly and very professional the lobby was amazing the rooms are big and lovely good customer service

emails stating wants for smoking room, told it was worked out, then got charged $100 for smoking. called asked about my refund, eas told of their rules even after explaining email.

The location is everything. I'm originally from the area & its close to the airport, a mall, & literally 15 mins to town. The staff was friendly enough & I didn't have any incidental fees.

The bathroom was FILTHY. There was hair in the bathroom & some disgusting sticky brown stuff running down the bathroom door into the carpet.It was piled up in one spot, it was gooey & disgusting. The hotel was full so there was no where for us to go. Its an older hotel & in need of a refresh. The parking lot is also very small. The smell of weed was horrible. The hotel can't control that but those should have been thrown out who felt the need to smoke. I'd never stay again

Upon check in the staff continued filling cups in the breakfast area & made us wait about 5 min to check in. Same person made pancakes for herself before guests next morning
