Room could have been cleaned better… needs updated

Nice location

The tub was clogged, and we were supposed to wait on the maintenance person, that didn’t arrive until 8am and never showed up, so couldn’t take a shower, also breakfast was supposed to be included with our stay , they told us it wasn’t included but it was on our arrangements that it was . Everyone kept trying to pass the problem to someone else but nothing ever got resolved.

Something needs to give about your restaurant and the way it’s run. Extremely poor management and poor customer service at the front desk. We went downstairs to eat at 7:30 pm for what we thought would be a quick dinner. We ordered drinks and only recieved water and never received the drinks we ordered including iced teas even. There was only 1 person running the bar and food orders for the entire restaurant and not many people in the kitchen according to her. People kept coming in with vouchers, and it seem to all of us that they were being taken care of first before the people who were staying at the hotel. Our food came out about 1 hr and 1/2 later. We weren’t done until 9:30 pm. So much for a quick dinner before our flight out the next morning. We were a party of 6. My husband went to the front desk to complain and the front desk person said it was not their problem. When we were going up to our room we saw another person complaining about being told the exact same thing. This is unacceptable and poorly run! We will never stay here ever again! We stayed here on 7/16.
