The house keepers are amazing

The cost of a buffet breakfast was pretty high. Didn't eat much there even after paying for 4 buffets with the room. And I know it's an airport hotel but those planes are LOUD. It would be soo much more relaxing if you weren't woke by the planes ALL Night. And the pool was small and green. And no shower benches in the showers or way to take assist my 86 year old grandmother keep her balanced

My stay was very short just overnight with a very early flight. Front desk Tammy was very kind and informative. Airport shuttle was very important. Shuttle service was excellent. My room was very lovely, very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy! I was extremely tired and so appreciative of your hospitality. Thank you.

Don’t have any complaints. I did not have time to use any of your facilities.

The front desk staff were. o where to be found . when she finally came out , she was rude. never greeted the guests. no made service to make beds and refresh towels . had to call for that . saw ants in the bathroom .

I liked the lady that helped me..She was great! She helped me and wasn't mean about it..I didn't get her name but I checked in about 4.50 pm or 5 something pm..on Feb 21...and I didn't get to tell her thank you. If you could would you push this along to her. Thank you.

The price was a little high. But it was an emergency flight had to go to my dad. We lost my brother so last minute was the thing..

I sent an email one day ahead to ensure the shuttle is there, no answer. I called when arrived and was told it’ll be there shortly. It turned out to be 45 minutes. What was unacceptable is that the driver lied that he came over three times looking for me !! The receptionist showed no care when I arrived. Lobby and corridors were full of teenagers running and shouting. The fire alarm went on in the middle of the night !!

Beautiful hotel, the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows around (seriously!)... I'm personally not a fan of the barn door on the bathroom. My only complaint. Fantastic, friendly service and employees. Beautiful holiday decorations. Wonderful stay.

See above. Barn doors on bathroom... not as private as I like my bathroom experience to be, even amongst family. Personal preference. Looks nice, not practical (for me)

Proximity to the airport was nice and the price for the rooms was decent.

Breakfast hours during the week end at 9 am. It would be nice if it was extended until 10 am. Also, hot water took a long time to heat up. Lady at the front desk mentioned the hot water heater is at the end of bldg and can take 10-15 min to heat up.

Shuttle service. Great location. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.
