Fairly clean, decently close to our venue.

Our room did not have hot water we were told they would send maintenance by the time we were ready to checkout they still hadn’t arrived. Also, the desk attendant seemed unfamiliar with 3rd party booking (Booking.com) and was unable to check us in. She said I’d have to call Booking.com which I did and they spoke to the attendant and explained the process. It was a total waste of 30 minutes for us as we were trying to get to an event.

I really liked the location of this hotel for what I was there for.

Our room smelled weird like the person before us used a ton of cologne. The sink still had water rings all around it. The pool was closed for renovations which was not told to us prior.

Good location

After we checked in, we were informed the pool was closed and had to stay at a different hotel. Wish we would’ve known ahead of time. The pool was closed.

My main reason for staying at this location was for the pool and hot tub. When we got there and checked in though, a sign was hung on the door of the pool saying “remodeling”. Maybe that should have been mentioned when booking the room. We were looking for a nice little get away for her birthday.

Room was spotlessly clean and fresh; very comfy bed and pillows great; breakfast good. Cindy, who was on the desk when I checked in, was very friendly and graciously offered suggestions for dinner.

The friendliness of some front desk staff. No trash bags in rooms or laundry bags. Thin walls

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean.

The pool was not available. We were able to walk to hotel next door and use their pool which was okay, but it was a cold walk.
