The roximity to the airport.

The air conditioning was very loud. It was noisy outside. We could hear noise from the room above us ( flushing toilets).

The common area was clean and bright. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly

Rooms were not clean. My rug in my room was not vacuumed - there were pieces of plastic on the floor and fingernail/toenail clippings.

The breakfast was awful. Was only given one free breakfast voucher even though we were a party of two. They’d taken away the cereal, baked goods, milk, fruit, yogurt etc. that had previously been offered. We had to order exactly what we wanted when we would have preferred to browse the selections. Ordered eggs over medium - they were raw in places. No butter on the toast. No milk for coffee - just half and half. Little things that just made it unpleasant.

Breakfast was awful. Rates were way too high for the quality of the room and environment.

2 things. Room refrigerator wasn't cooling well. And the bath tub was draining slow. Maintenance was not on duty as it was a Christmas holiday weekend. Everything else was great.

I had to walk to the sky line at 3: 00 am due to lack of shuttle. That was the only complaint

great location and the Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is great too.
