We were called up by fire alarm at 3am one night though it’s not hotel’s fault.

The location was fine

I was told by a staff member my reservation was cancelled the night of my stay and nothing they could do for me. After panic booking another room at the last minute I requested a refund from another staff member only to be told there was nothing wrong with my reservation and I I didn’t show up I would still be responsible for the full payment amount.

The staff was perfectly nice. We were at this location during the 4th of July. It was nice.

The vehicle used by the hotel for shuttle service was parked directly in front of the main entrance. My wife has difficulty walking so we prefer to unload her at the front door and then park the car in the lot. This was difficult as the shuttle van was constantly blocking the front door. I asked the front desk several times if they could park the shuttle bus on the other side of the entrance. And they have signage indicating that the buses are supposed to park on the 'outboard' side of the entrance. They continued to park the shuttle directly obstructing the entrance. It was thoughtless and classless.

Beds were very comfortable. Nice shower and nice towels. Customer service was excellent.

The HVAC in the rooms could use some upgrades.

only had one tiny issue… nothing big. my tv was stuck on one channel. couldn’t get someone up right away.. not that we were there for television, but annoying anyway.

I love the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were friendly and respectful..

There is an area of opportunity at the Front desk when the client asks for the final portfolio. I asked the night Front desk agent, the day that I left the hotel to provide me with a copy of my stay folio. We ate three times at the hotel using our corporate card. The agent told me that my entire folio will be available at Booking.com. The information provide was inaccurate and now I have to call the hotel to request my receipts. Great hotel Front desk agent was not fully aware of the standards.

Room has been recently renovated and very nice.

Breakfast in the restaurant was just okay.

excellent staff and free parking for the week while we were in Florida!
