Comfortable and fairly clean. Convenient for our trip to Winstar.
We stayed in King suite with jacuzzi tub and when we walked in smelt like mildew. Didn’t even use the tub cause wasn’t sure about it.

Front desk staff was friendly. AC in room worked well. Bathroom was clean.
Sheets on one of the beds had stains or appeared to be unwashed, beds are too high to get in and out comfortably, only 1 clean towel in pool area, main entrance blocked by construction and no direction as to how to find rear entrance, floors in room were slanted, battery cover missing from TV remote. These are things I might tolerate from a lesser named hotel, but not from Holiday Inn and not for $225/night which is what I paid for this subpar experience.

The hotel had a very strong smell of sewer gas. The front door was open , but did not help. Front desk was sitting on a chair with a portable heater on and a coat, it was not that cool . Did not look very inviting.
All the above, breakfast wasn’t that great.

The location was great room was clean
I maded reservations but it got lost.We ended up sleeping in a 2 bedroom room Staff acted like she didn't care.

There was no meat offered with breakfast, i.e. bacon, sausage. Fruits, yogurt would be welcome additions.
The breakfast was not suitable for diabetics, consisting mainly of sweet rolls, and other carbs. Only scrambled eggs were offered as a protein source.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything looked and smelled clean
The curtains were broken and did not lower so I had to tape napkins up so you couldn't see into our room. We got the room for disabled persons and it only had 1 chair and I desk. No countertop space in bathroom and no place to setup to make coffee.
We arrived 30 min before breakfast service ended and they were already cleaning up food. No oatmeal, no boiled eggs, the pancake maker was broken and no Sweet n Low brand sweetener.

The breakfast was the best I've seen. Very good selection. The girl at front was VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING...
The indoor pull was cold and VERY DIRTY.. the elevator floor REALLY needs attention. The jacuzzi tub was struggling to work..

Shower water only tepid. Not hot. No body soap in dispenser. No hair dryer or hangers. No bath mat. Breakfast eggs not real eggs. Really disappointed. No more Holiday Inns for us.
