Convenient location.

Rooms were a bit small

The location was great with dining and shopping options nearby. As well as easy access to the freeway.

Had issues with room key card. Everyday I had to have mine programmed despite all precautions to keeping away from cell phones etc.

I got there and then the man told me to hold on one second and left for 30 mins at 1 am in the morning then told me that my reservations was an overbooked and that others rooms are not cleaned

Homeless people around and Marijuana smell

it was just coffee and juice, no real breakfast set up. Food were empty, we had to go to a restaurant to eat

animal hair on the night end and desk. We waited 40 minutes for the front desk personnel to show up. No sign saying "we will be back in...... minute on the outside front desk.

The location was awesome the room was very clean all the appliances worked correctly

The beds are extremely hard I needed a goodnight sleep I did not get that my back was hurting so bad I hardly slept at all they need to get better mattresses or at least get memory foam mattress tops with the money they make at this place they can at least get more comfortable mattresses... The front desk people did not even try to help me with the door I had both hands full of stuff they just watched me struggle trying to get in

As always, exactly what we expect. Easy, comfy, cheap, and convenient. Lovely people working here every time.

It can be VERY noisy in the middle of the night if you need complete quiet so bring the ear plugs. I have only been to a couple of hotels that were not noisy though. This should not be a surprise to anyone.

The coffee was very good in the morning.

We were not aware it was animal friendly. The hall smelled like wet dogs. They were barking most of the night. We had a fish smell in our bathroom. We were not sure where the odor came from.
