The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The Staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was awesome, five minutes away from the airport and staff quickly transported us to the airport.

My only complaint is that we chose to use the hotel parking for our vehicle until we returned from our trip. We were told they would take us to the airport and when we returned a simple phone call would bring them promptly back to transport us back to our vehicle. They quickly transported us to the airport less than five minutes away. Upon return, I promptly called for transportation and was told they would be right there. Twenty minutes later they hadn't come. When I tried calling again I could get no answer, later I was told that they were having trouble with the phone lines. Once the call went through, I was assured they would be right there. Once again twenty minutes passes with no transportation. Once again I called and was told they were there at the airport and we must be missing them. I told them what vans were there and that they weren't there. I was then told that they would try to locate the bus. My husband and I had just spent 12 hours getting back and then spent another hour waiting for transportation to a hotel less than five minutes away. I could have walked to the hotel in five minutes and the only thing that kept me from walking is that where we were located I couldn't see how to get through the fence and to the hotel without having to pull my luggage through traffic. After an hour they finally showed up and took us to our vehicle without any explanation or apology for the wait. Would I use this hotel again? definitely. Would I use their parking again ? No way in !+%^$!

Disgusting soiled furniture, pillows, walls, maters pad. The rooms a poorly appointed. Hotel is more in line with a Super 8 than a DoubleTree.

The location where the breakfast was held is very convenient, but we did not eat the breakfast simply because we aren’t breakfast eaters.

The bathroom shower tile looked like it had mold on it as well as the shower curtain. It also looked like the ceiling had mold on it too.
