How close it was to airport and offered shuttle service
The elevator kind of seems always broken ,
And the air conditioner in the unit was difficult to set , wanted to have the a/c blowing non stop but was stuck on auto so it kept turning off and it got hot so had to open window

The room was a good size, but we didn't get any clean towels unless we asked for them. It was also clear that they didn't clean the room very well after the last guests. None of the cleaners could understand what we were saying even when we asked for things.
The breakfast wasn't very good. It looked and tasted like it had been made somwhere else and put in the heating tray. Even though we went down early, there wasn't much choice and no one who understood what we were saying.

No out door lighting at entrance. Wide fell leaving hotel because of the lighting issue.

The breakfast was really good.
The hotel is understaffed and needs a renovation. The front area was blocked off because a tractor trailer made the front entrance unsafe. The first night when we arrived there were no outside lights on so we almost didn't find the hotel and when we did it looked like a crime scene. The pool was closed (and it is summer time). We had to change rooms because the bathtub was disgusting. The new room wasn't much better and I had to change the sheets because they were also stained and disgusting. The carpets in the rooms and hallways are badly stained.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and he[pful. Ride to the airport was quick and efficient. Driver was very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay their again and will recommend it to our friends.

Fire alarm went off for 2hrs, couldn’t go to bed until after 11pm. Front canopy collapsing. Hall carpet stained and dirty, lack of maintenance and up keep.

The pool was closed and had been but they did show it on their website or tell you about it till after you checked in. they had no idea when it might open again. evening clerk was not very friendly. the breakfast was not very good and they stopping serving half hour early on first day

Hotel was clean and easy to find. Room was quiet with comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay.
In general, the hotel was lacking when compared to previous stays at Comfort Inns and to other area similar hotels (based on amenities and price) we stayed at in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area during this trip. Staff seemed inattentive to guests. Felt like you were left to fend for yourself. Pool was closed and this information was not made known when we were booking. I later noticed that other guest reviews noted the same issues. Don't advertise what you can't supply.

Breakfast -Good Room-Clean beautiful The entire room was perfect, everything I needed.. I just wish that there was a discount, I would have stayed there, for the entire week for work.
The price, I get it, it's a nice hotel, but when you pay out of pocket for work, it can be a bit much, but the stay was great, loved it.

Beds were comfortable, location, very friendly staff. When our 5 year old complained to the desk staff about the pool being closed, the gentleman took time to explain why it wasn't open and then later delivered some candy to our grandchild some. There was a GF bagel available for me at the breakfast bar.

The 2 front desk receptionists were very helpful. Not sure I can give names, but they was what kept us at that location.
The manager was not very helpful or willing to accommodate. We were moved to 3 different rooms,in first room no hot water, second room, jacuzzi tub leaked, 3rd room water damage to carpet and had a dehumidifier running in it.and the only accommodation that was provided by the manager was a free extended night. I told him he wasn't able to stay longer and offered a 20 dollar discount. Asked for better discount, gave a 40 dollar discount. Was not happy calling corporate today to file a complaint. Will not stay at that location ever again.

I booked the room thinking there was a pool. The pool wasn't open. I was told I'd get a refund soni booked another room at another hotel with an open pool and this place lied to my face and took the money anyway.
