The pool was horrible extremely dirty for 2 days it was the same

Embassy has always been good at providing an improved breakfast option as a hotel. They make made to order omelets at this place, hot cakes, and the rest of the food is much better than most hotel chains. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (didn't really hear anyone else above or beside us).
The hotel allows pets, which doesn't bother me, but I almost stepped in some dog poop in the hallway by the elevator. Owners need to be more responsible, it's things like this that make others irritated towards them and their pets (no fault of the pet). The eating area was crowded, it needs to be set up to flow better, nobody knew where to go, no designated lines.

I love ❤️ how friendly the staff was from the desk clerk to the kitchen staff everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The room was extremely clean and very inviting I will only stay here whenever I travel to Houston. I am a customer for life the breakfast was a 10+ great the amenities was phenomenal

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! The facilities were clean, breakfast was wonderful, the bartender was hilarious! I could literally ramble on and on!
The only thing I didn't like was that I had to flip one switch to get the others to turn on so I could flip them.

It was nicely updated, clean and comfortable! But most of all, the staff provided excellent customer service.
Wish it was in a walkable area, but seems that most hotels that are have paid parking…so I guess it was good to have free parking. :-)

We stay in Houston once every other month and we’ve stayed at other hotels that I cannot compare to this one!!❤️ Easy check-in and wonderful King room suite. Not to mention the breakfast!!🤌🏼 You have to stay here!😊

Well appointed for the money.
Breakfast had a good range and they would make some items for you.
Having a bar on site was good for drinks and casual meals.
Evening meal we had there exceeded our expectations as to quality.
Free (limited) drinks and snacks each evening at the bar for an hour or so.
Really only the location which was not close to anywhere but that is Houston where everything seems to be far away from anywhere.
Not much to view if you have a walk around the area. There are some options in walking distance.

The breakfast was phenomenal with various options and a hot bar with chefs that cooked to order certain items like omelette a and pancakes. The staff was amazing and super helpful, especially upon checkout. When our plane was leaving a few hours after checkout they held our luggage while we went out shopping until we returned for it to go to the airport.
It wasn’t within walking distance of many places so we had to Uber.

Great service and wonderful omelet made by amazing and charismatic chef , Sara at the breakfast room was exceptional , very helpful, amicable and accommodating. We requested a late check out and they allowed to stay complimentary until 1:00 pm, we really appreciated it. Thank You

love the property it’s very nice and has a lot of amenities! the indoor pool, the bar/coffee bar !! Breakfast is exceptional the omelette is amazing and they cook it fresh right in front of you. Breakfast is free and has several different options to choose from. my kids loved our stay we will be back!
