It was fine except toaster was broken.

Door to room was hard to close. It also made a strange noise at times. Air conditioner was a little loud

The room was dirty. The bathroom floor had hair, coins and package remnants under the sink. The hotel is located next to 2 run down “hotels” that made us not feel safe.

We we waited a long time for the staff to check us in even though we had a reservation because the staff was outside in the car playing with a little baby and come to know later they were taking turns working at the desk and one of them was sitting in the car with the baby at all times in the entrance were you come in and unload your car. The lady that was supposed to be at the desk who was playing with the baby never saw us come in she said she was sorry we looked all over for her but we couldn't find her inside. In the room if you try to open shade things were all broken and the fact of the matter was there was all kinds of dead bugs on the whole window ledge. so many dead bugs everywhere so obviously the cleaning staff never even did the shelf there or anything like it. Also the shower you stood in your dirty water up until your ankles above your ankles cuz it did not drain very very poor.

Convenient for purpose of trip

Not the cleanest Holiday Express I have stayed at. The continental breakfast was absolutely horrendous. Juices were very watered down and hot food was bad. Paid $180 for being there for only 10 hours. Not worth the value.
