Helpful staff

It took four tries to find a room that was functioning as it should. The first three all had major problems.

Not a thing

It was clean staff was friendly

It was very loud and noisy from the people at the bar and after hours around 330 am somebody was drunk in the hallway yelling slamming doors . Didn’t get much sleep.

staying close to airport to catch the train to Baltimore

Toliet was hard to flush; water backed up in the tub while taking a shower; could only get a few channels on the tv; called to get picked up at the airport; desk said shuttle was on the way; called again same answer; only reason we got picked up was shuttle driver came to drop someone else off.

Clean and comfortable

Ice machine didn’t work. No free continental breakfast, soda machine was empty on multiple floors.

Clean, friendly staff

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful
