The breakfast area looked to be spacious, clean and easily accessible.

When I am on a vacation, I primarily attend events, concerts, weddings, entertainment districts, etc. and return to the hotel late. It is not convenient to be up early the next day (of a vacation) to partake in a breakfast offering. The hours for this breakfast (6:30 - 9:00am) were the shortest I've encountered at any hotels I've stayed at previously. Most extend breakfast to 10:00am or sometimes 11:00am. Who wants to be up before 9am when out until 1am, 2am, 3am the night before? I cannot therefore speak of the quality or variety of the breakfast because I chose proper sleep times.

Free airport shuttle

It took a very long time to enter details at front desk and get room keys activated. Computer system issue. Need a backup plan Shuttle to hotel not clear how to use. Advise your guests where to stand at BWI to meet shuttle. Show an image of your pickup van. Post the hotel phone number to call to request the pickup. Advise how long to expect to wait.

The walk in shower was great. Also very comfortable room. Breakfast was nice to have available. Employees were very helpful.

I would have liked a wake-up call. But was told that they do not have them.

the front desk staff were rude. disability requests were denied. were very discriminatory against service animal . and a handicapped guest .

Clean, modern, up to date facility. Staff was available and professional. Normal "hotel" breakfast with the usual offerings but plentiful. Excellent.

Coffee 24 hours is great. Nice little breakfast spread. Really like making use of the park and stay for the airport. Comfrotable bed....quiet.

The shuttle pick up at the airport could be a little more efficient.....

The staff was so friendly and interactive with our kids. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Definitely one of our favorite hotels to stay at!
