The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable.
My family (grown children and grandkids) joined me for the stay for the holiday. We were excited about the swimming pool facilities. After entering the pool area we were disappointed due to a large group (10+) of other guests. They were extremely rude to other guests by running, diving, screaming, jumping in the hot tub and drinking alcohol (glass bottles) and having splash fights. When I finally asked them to stop I was intentionally splashed in the face. As I went to talk to the teenager I was abruptly approached by her drunken parents. It was clear they wanted to argue. The staff were notified and confronted the guests. My family and I immediately left the pool area. Later in the evening I went down to the front desk to ask for a manager. Sadly, there were many others guests waiting for service. As I was returning to my room I saw the same group of people in the pool area still drinking alcohol and being obnoxious. My family and I ended up leaving a day early due to the situation.
The sign posted in the lobby saying, No party’s, no drinking, no diving or will be fined $250, clearly wasn’t followed.

Breakfast was ok and the location was convenient around other stores and restaurants.
I was suppose to have a ADA room with a walk-in shower and it was not. The tub was to close to the toilet and I was not able to get in and out of it. There were no handicap bars near the toilet to help with getting up and down

Room was handicap with broken light in the bathroom and crappy wooden stand next to the sink that looked like it came from a barn. The couch was broken. We were told by the housekeeping manager that this room wasn’t supposed to be rented out.

Liked the set-up of the room - very spacious. TV was convenient to couch as well as the bed. Bathroom was placed conveniently for privacy.

The staff were very friendly and were attentive to any questions or enquiries. The gym was well kept, swimming pool a bit chilly, but nice to have available to use. The breakfast was amazing, really enjoyed the amount. This hotel is had a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. It has a nice calm feel to it and located to some nice takeaway and eat on place.

The location was great. The amenities were nice along with the staff.
They charge for parking. There were loud kids in the room next to me so it was very hard to rest the first night. The second day people got fighting in the breakfast area and police were called.

The staff at the front desk was rude. They didn't have any hospitality to treat their customers. The wifi didn't work for any of the days. They gave us double bed room when we booked for king bed. They argued for that and didn't agree to change the room.
The exhaust in the washroom wasn't working. Hot pool wasn't working too.

The Breakfast was delicious 😋 eggs Potatoes with meat in it had some cold Cranberry juice I also enjoyed the Blue Berry muffins great delicious Breakfast
Everything was great all this hotel 🏨 from the high definition television 📺 hanging on the wall 🧱 in my hotel 🛏️ room the swimming pool was great got a chance to go swimming breakfast was delicious and great this hotel 🏨 exceeded my expectations everything was lovely can't wait to stay again

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants.
The shower & bathtub were confusing. There was two shower heads & only one knob. I couldn’t figure out how to get just the tub faucet to work.
It wasn’t until our second night did I figure out how to get everything to work.
The hot tub was down our whole visit. That was a bummer. The pool was nice for the kids, but I couldn’t enjoy the hot tub.

The staff was very nice. The Pure rooms were clean and smelled good besides the old carpet.
Breakfast area was very clean and well staffed.
Our first room had no hot water in the shower. Had to change rooms.
Hot tub was one of the reasons why I chose this location, and it was broken.

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.
Nothing. All was good. We are going to continue to book more reservations with Spring hill Suites interest future.

Was not as clean as the pictures, and the rooms were rundown, and the furniture was beat up

The breakfast was good and the shuttle drivers were nice.
The first front desk person I had was not friendly. She wouldn't call the shuttle driver when I was one minute away from the stop. I had to call her back to get the shuttle. When I got to the hotel. I was assigned a room that ended up being on a maintenance hold and there was no light in the part of the bathroom with the shower and toilet. The front desk person then gave me another room but it was not the room I originally booked. I ended up with 2 queen beds. Additionally the room temperature was not stable and it was very very humid in the room.

The staff were just amazing, they made the stay so comfortable.
There was one lady who was extremely rude to us, and started shouting at us because we asked her why the fire alarms went off two days in a row. She started yelling at us, and was extremely disrespectful.
