Se confundieron de habitación y le dieron la llave a otra personas mientras yo dormía y entró la persona , que susto las habitaciones olían mucho a fumadores. No era lo que esperaba

Not one thing.
Well they said they had breakfast and they did not. They said they had a pool and they did not. The whole outside smelled like Pee. The room where you get ice smelled like Pee. It was truly almost the worse place I ever stayed. I booked because it was a Wyndham and what a terrible experience. It did not feel safe. I am not hard to please as long as the place is clean. Booking.com should not even have it on their site. Broken electric outlets. Torn sheets.

There was nothing I liked about it
The front desk people were rude they don’t have a slide for credit cards, only a chip reader. The bathroom was still dirty, and there was poop on the walls of my room.

Bed comfortable.
Filthy room- Dirty pillow cases, dirty floor, dangerous power outlet sparking, no coffee making or hot water facilities in room, breakfast rubbish, staff unpleasant to deal with. Room was in disrepair in many facets eg broken lamp and ironing board.

ROACHESSS. the room was dreadful and sad in the inside. i didn’t even want to breath. me and my boyfriend left almost as fast as we entered. dont go here unless truly desperate. i wish i took pictures.

Someone walked into my room.. I stayed up all night

I don’t have problems with the location but the room was very dirty and the smoke room was smelling like a smoking room. looks like somebody smoked weed inside and the room service didn't clean it.
I suppose to get breakfast but they don't have it, but I paid for it. Every single room was very dirty and stinky

The staff was very polite and helpful.
The room was supposed to be non- smoking. The furniture, the carpet and the drapes the entire room smelled of new and stale smoke. The bedding was dingy and the carpet was filthy. The tub was missing so much epoxy so it looked stained and dirty.

Absolutely nothing, the worst place ever! Will never recommend or frequent again!😫
The phone or the air condition didn't work, there was no microwave! I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone! It is a dump and my stay was a disaster!

No breakfast was made available which was very disappointing despite the advent saying that it’s. Despite that the place was cool b pls make sure what it’s advertised must be provided at all time

They double charged our cards and took a week to release the extra charge back, had dirty sheets, dirty towels, and gross bathrooms in general. The staff was literally sitting on a cell phone 10 ft from the front desk for 20 minutes ignoring us while trying to check in, and then refused to come to the front desk for us to check out. I took video, feel free to ask me for the pictures of the room or the video of them on their phone not coming to the front desk. The hotel is in a ruff patch, and has homeless living in the bushes outside the front office.
