Comfortable bed and clean room!

Woman on duty at front desk during the morning of Friday, 3/15/2024 gossipped and complained to another staff member about her job and family life. It was depressing/annoying to hear all that while eating breakfast nearby.

We were staying where we needed to be and the room was very clean. We were told that we were perhaps the first to stay in this room since the upgrading of rooms on the floor. Shirlene, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful.

The fridge in the room was not working and was very noisy for an appliance that was not working. That is all that I can think off for the things that I wasn't happy about.

The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The bed and pillows were excellent!

I requested daily trash service only. I had to take the trash out two of the six days there.

Bruce was amazing! He kept me company as I did laundry in the middle of the night helping to plan our trip in the area. He even printed maps for me well into the morning hours!

Breakfast was very disappointing. Loved the staff but the eggs tasted like dehydrated eggs that weren't fully rehydrated. Very chewy and grainy. Sausage was equally gross. Miss the hardboiled eggs. Staff was amazing, coffee delicious as usual but Breakfast was icky even for buffet standards. Not what I would expect normally from this hotel.

Breakfast was good on one of the days. The juices were flavorless. I had one of the workers taste it, she thought the same.

Room size, shower nozzle, places to set things down. Get rid of the armoire, it’s pretty useless. He flood lights that aim straight to your window. One window was unlocked and slightly open and was hard to get closed. Cleaning staff would just let doors slam against lock. Dog next door that barked at everything ( thought they had their own hallway).
