Pull out bed was never made or freshened during our 3 night stay

Most comfortable beds of any hotel I've stayed at.

The pool was too small, and there was no hot tub. We needed the sofa sleeper for a family member. It turned out to have a very old mattress with a huge stain on it. Ask the hotel for a roll away bed, and was told it would be an extra charge.😔 Found a pair of ladies used lace underwear hanging on our door knob one morning. Reported it, but received no reply from HM.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, My room was clean and extremely spacious, there was easy access to the WiFi and breakfast was filling with a wide variety of delicacies. I will definitely tell my friends and family about booking,com and Residence Inn in Provo

I was completely satisfied. if i had to complain anything it would be that my room was so comfortable I had a hard time getting up early for my morning workout

Our amazing experience at this Marriott property is owed almost entirely to Sydney who was working the front desk alone when my wife and I arrived. She greeted us kindly and asked how we were doing. I told her “not good”. We needed extraordinary help and she rose to the occasion. But not just that; she didn’t make us feel bad or guilty about what we were asking. She was gracious and treated us with dignity and respect. She was even able to seamlessly help another guest check-in whilst helping us. We also owe a debt of gratitude to housekeeping, maintenance, and to whomever hired Sydney. The property is immaculate. Every detail in the room is perfect. Every light worked. Every outlet worked. The key card worked. The carpet was clean enough to walk barefoot. There was no smell in the room. I could keep going but let me just highlight one more thing. In our kitchenette, there are salt and pepper shakers. And inside of the shakers there were packets or salt and packets of pepper. I didn’t think this was classy at first but then I thought about how we normally find these items: salt all clumped up speckled with rice and pepper old as dirt sitting out in its own dust. This way we can empty the brand new packets into pristine shakers. We love this place and wish we could stay longer. This is our go to in Provo.

Construction issue impacted my reservation that was made months prior resulting in the hotel cancelling my room at check in and no prior warning. I also called the day before check in and was assured the room would be available

The Wi-Fi went out on the first day of our two day stay. Never came back on! Had to drive to Starbucks to complete business meetings. One of the washing machines was piped up backwards... hot was cold. Clothes shrank a little.

Charged me twice for slightly different but similar amounts and am having to dispute one of the transactions now.
