The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Great variety and the area kept very clean.

The mattress was old and lumpy. It badly needs to be replaced. The Front Desk did take note of this and wrote down the room number.

The breakfast was good and the location great.

The bed was hard and the carpets seemed a little dirty.

We stayed at 3 different hotels on our road trip and this was by far the best. Clean, well kept and comfortable. Good breakfast too.

I liked the breakfast choices. Food was very good.

I did not like comfort of the bed. Mattress about due to be changed out.

Shower and hot water were awesome

Breakfast was good, and the breakfast areas were kept stocked, and counters and tables were clean. And the gal managing the breakfast was super nice. Room was spacious and good. Water got hot fast... and shower pressure was decent. Fitness center was good. Everything throughout the hotel felt clean and cared for. Parking was good. Everything was well stocked in the room. We decided this will be our new go-to place to stay if we're visiting the Provo/Orem area. (p.s. until breakfast here, it never occurred to me to put walnuts in my oatmeal with my brown sugar and raisins.... but now I'm a huge fan. AFTER I eat a warm cinnamon roll first, of course ; )

I hated the pillows. I tried both the "soft" and "firm"... but they were both too big/tall and firm and quite uncomfortable for me. So much so that one night I slept without a pillow at all, and the next night I used one of the rolled up bath towels that we weren't using. My husband didn't love them either, but it wasn't as big of a deal to him. Also... just if this helps anyone else... it didn't occur to us to check our fridge settings, and it was so cold it froze our juice and sushi rolls, etc.... so beware of that. Also, the barrel of their blowdriers is so small/short that it's super easy to get medium or long-ish hair sucked in the back and burned. So be careful of that, too. One other thing is that the smoking ashcan is right outside the front door, immediately next to the one waiting bench in the front of the hotel ... and it smelled really strongly and was very unpleasant to us while we were sitting there waiting for our airport ride... it would be nice for them to put in a second smoking bench and ash can a short distance away. (I hope these aren't too many trivial details, but hopefully they're help someone in some way)
