It was right beside the convention center. The rooms are clean and spacious, The cleaning staff was lovely. The kitchen worked well, but it would be good to have a few more pans or any basic supply of condiments, like salt and oil. Or at least warn us about what you do not have in the kitchen so we don't need to run around looking for grocery stores.

Three things: 1 - The nightmare of the broken elevator! That was terrible! There was a sign there "It will be fixed today" on Saturday morning. When we left on Sunday at 6pm the same sign was still there. At least be honest about when it will be fixed, we had to bring all of our luggage back from the 3rd floor without one singular staff helping. We were lucky in such a lower level and we also had 2 other friends coming to help us out. 2 - The check-in says 4pm, which is later than any other hotel I've ever been to, if you get there 1 hour before they offer early check-in for 35 dollars. Then when we ask for late check-out they say 1 hour max because the next guests will come at 2pm. I said "but isn't the check-in at 4pm???" and she says "yeah, but they paid to check-in earlier" so the 11am check-out and 4pm check-in is pretty much a way of making more money. 3 - there is a parking lot right beside the hotel but it costs a fortune, not even a discount, nothing.

Complete Suite Apartment, very clean, safe ando good location. If I travel to Washington , DC I will stay there.

Great location, responsive staff, nice space and quite clean.

The chairs and sofa were rather ‘tired’ in look and springs, no external window in the suite (well, there was, but only to a sort of air well— so there was another wall about 4 feet away).

We liked the spacious suite, the staff, the comfortable beds, and the full kitchen.

The shower was great. The location was great. The staff was very accomodating. The hotel was clean. We didn't stay long enough to spend much time in the room, but it was more than adequate!

The sleeper sofa was not the most comfortable, but it was only for one night.

Decor is strange. Feels like an office. The pull out bed for the kids was very uncomfortable.

The value at the Eldon is incredible! Tons of space, very close to the convention center, and really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Eldon is fantastic value for the money, but the renovations are showing their age a bit. The furniture and fixtures are not the newest, and the lighting was not a warm, inviting light. Different light bulbs in a warm tone would be appreciated.

Room is clean and very large for a hotel room... The location was nice and seemed really safe to walk the neighborhood.

No real access to amenities like restaurants and snacks. The room seemed dated and the quality of TV in the room was lackluster at best.

Big spacious room, well equipped. The location is very good and convenient for sightseeing.

We have booked the room for 4 persons. The sofa bed was not prepared. When we opened it we found out that it was broken and roughly repaired. Not convenient at all.
