The staff was professional and efficient. They upgraded me to a large 2 bedroom suite when I checked in which was amazing. It had lots of balconies and a good cross-breeze. Free coffee in the morning by the pool and they have a coffee shop and beachy boutique next door. Lots of covered lounging areas around the pool to hang out. It wasn't crowded on the weekend I was there, March 10-13. Bacchus bar is a few steps away. Great value compared to hotels in the area. Also loved that they have a hot/cold water station to fill up your water bottle and free sunscreen dispenser. Free parking was also a plus and also very dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
I found some wood dust particles in the sideboard holding the TV in room #635. This was very minor and didn't detract from my great stay.

I like the lobby vibes and the staff was very kind and professional. I felt safe and there was a lot around to walk to. Loved having a small private balcony.
It was a little bit noisy since we were in a room by the elevator and the noise around the hotel echoes.

Very nice set up for this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great, clean and we had a corner room and the balcony was the same on both sides.
Staff should be more specific and explain everything about parking at check in. We were told where the lot was and giver a parking pass. At no time did anyone inform us that you have to get a new pass everyday. You then have to leave the lot and go back in to get a new ticket. We were almost charged for parking, 2 blocks away and not cheap. Fortunately we had over heard someone else mad that they had to pay and were not told that they had to move and repark to get a new ticket. Very Frustrating!

Good location, good vibe.
The room was nice and tidy but there was a terrible smell coming from the air conditioning. We stayed in the penthouse, the outdoor furniture was very old and worm and the deck area also. Plants and outdoor furniture really need some TLC.

if you want to live Aloha from Check in to Check out, this is the hotel to be in Waikiki. Besides being a VERY comfortable hotel, the room (Suite with 2 Rooms and Beds) is perfect for a family, the decoration is all local with surf paintings in the walls, SUSTAINABILITY is top of mind in all the hotel with practices that make it a conscious choice for travelers seeking that type of options. Mahalo Nui Loa for all the staff, for the excellent food at Mahina & Sun’s (Restaurant) and the pleasant time
at the pool.

The lobby, pool and restaurant area are really nice if you like design, trendy and lively. I like it when it moves and shakes and this place definitely has a vibe to it.
Live band was great! There is something going on every day.
We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom-suite! Love!

Shower a bit small and tight. Not for large people for sure. Only 1 sink in a 2 bedroom suite! So for up to 4 people. Thank god it was only 2 of us.
Reception staff seemed to have little experience and not real knowledge of great customer experience. I'd still stay there again and for a longer stay.

The hotel is in a great location to get to the beach and to wander around the shops and restaurants. It was really modern and nicely designed. The pool area and bar is clean and a relaxing place to sit and swim. The staff were really friendly and chatty

we really enjoy the relaxed vibe of the facility and staff are lovely.
our room was very mildewy smelling and both rooms as well as lounge and pool feel in need of an update.
also a few more amenities in the bathrooms would be nice when compared to other places we have stayed, like body lotion and earbuds and cotton wipes. little stuff.
and having to take the kids out of the pool at 5 when other properties let them play into the evening is a drawback as a parent. kids enjoy the pool and hanging out at your place and letting them do that is one of your draws.
