Location was great and the rooms were very comfortable.

Given that the hotel was located on the beach they could have provided beach umbrellas. We had to rent one from a private company.

Long wait times for the front desk - I went about 5 times and every wait was at least 20 minutes and multiple queues with people jumping in. Our room was also on the corner of two streets and so loud I might as well have slept outside. Invest in some properly glazed windows.

Breakfast was too expensive compared to the supply...but the view was so wonderful that it was compensated for not very good breakfast.

There was a 50usd+tax fee per day for which we could use some things, but if we didn't use it, we had to pay for it. (cca 340 usd) that was not sympathetic.

I like how welcomeing staff members and how helpful they were. Able to connect with the locals.

Free towels, great facilities like the pool and gym. The entire hotel grounds was pretty clean. Staff super friendly. Housekeeping always did an excellent job everyday of cleaning.

The rug in our room was really sticky to walk on barefoot. We ended up using our slippers indoors and for Asian people we are not used to it. The beds were slightly too soft and sagging in the middle. We were really disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included with the room rate.

Having to pay a compulsory Resort Fee, plus its taxes, on top of the room fee. For services that we are not interested in and thus did not use. The advertised rate is de facto the rate for the room. Only at the end of a booking process can one see there are additional taxes, and the resort fee. We find this very misleading.

The rooms are clean and modern. They are spacious rooms and appear to be recently renovated which is much better compared to a lot of hotel rooms in Waikiki which are dated. The Marriott is well located on the quieter end of Waikiki so you don't get all the noise and get a decent night's sleep. Having a hire car place within the complex is incredibly handy and because you're at the edge of Waikiki you can skip the traffic and head straight out to visit other parts of the island.

Lifts can be busy with long queues but they move quickly. The pool area is adequate but nothing special and the poolside bar and restaurant has great service but the food and drinks themselves are very average.

Excellent location, close to the beach with amazing views from the rooms if you book for that. Lots of amenities in the resort, , restaurants, stores, pool, music in the evening, free classes daily,, towels for the beach, even boogie boards.

Very minor suggestion - would be nice to have a breakfast restaurant there as well. (besides Starbucks.

Wi-Fiが部屋で使えず、zoom mtgをキャンセルせざるを得ない状況で、滞在のほぼ半分はいらいらしていました。部屋替えをして使えたが、荷造りをたくさんしててぐったりしました。ドア🚪のバッテリーが切れて部屋に入れなかった時の対応も最悪で、いっぱい待たされました。もう、二度と泊まりたくない宿です。

サイト上の写真ではワイキキビーチが一望できる素晴らしい眺望でしたが、実際に入居した部屋は、反対側の部屋らしく、手前に他のホテルに視界を遮られて、騙された感じです。予約時もすごく失礼な態度で対応されて、不愉快極まりないです。

We are in our 60’s and had to pay resort fees that catered to the younger generation. This was of no benefit to us and we paid for something we had no interest in.

Accueil au check in limite horrible. Nous étions arrivés tôt déposer nos bagages, nous avons réalisé donc un early check in et avons donc présenté nos pièces d’identité à l’accueil pour nous enregistrer. Vers 17h nous sommes revenus à l’hôtel pour récupérer notre chambre et nos bagages. L’hôtesse Yuko nous a reçu d’une façon non professionnelle. Elle nous demande nos pièces d’identité, je lui explique que nous les avons déjà présenté une première fois, que nos pièces d’identité sont dans nos bagages stockés chez vous…elle ne veut rien savoir et nous dit « je ne vous connais ps je dois savoir à qui je remets les clés ». Nous comprenons et allons chercher nos bagages au desk dédié, nous les ouvrons et lui présentons. On en profite pour lui demander si ils ont des prix pour les guests de l’hôtel qui souhaitent assister à leur lu’au, elle nous répond que non!! Le lendemain le desk front nous indique qu’ils ont des prix … Quel professionnalisme…c’est à croire que les gens à l’accueil ne sont même pas au courant des prestations proposées par leur hôtel. Enfin pour finir c’est limite si elle ne nous jete pas les clés … et nous dit c’est à gauche .. étage ? On reste quand même 4j … 0 service client ! 0 accueil chaleureux alors que je leur avais précisé que nous étions chez eux pour nos 9 ans de vie commune…. Piscines très petites et sous dimensionnées pour le nombre de chambres dans l’hôtel Séjour mitigé

We accidentally booked two beds instead of one for our honeymoon, and the hotel was full so they weren't able to switch us to a single bed room, but they helped make it more romantic by switching the room view. The sunrise in the morning was absolutely wonderful. They also had super fancy toilets that my husband loved! I also loved that there was a convenience store with everything available in the lobby. ALSO, even though we had to pay $50 per person for the breakfast buffet, IT WAS SO WORTH IT! The best breakfast we had in Hawaii! The sticky buns were legendary!

There was nothing we didn't like. It was in a great location, we were able to walk, bus, or uber everywhere. If you have a car, there are times when the entrance is super busy, but that's no big deal.
