Everything, the location was perfect , just a short stroll to the gulch area , The hotel itself was spotlessly clean Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very pleasant comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff.

As with apparently all hotel accommodation in Nashville, we felt the hotel was very expensive compared to those we stayed in elsewhere on the trip.

Close to all the tourist attractions.

Clean and well-kept.

We loved having the ability to walk to Downtown to experience the music, food and crazy crowds.....without being in the middle of the noisy action. The breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices including freshly made omelets. Parking is much less than any other hotel. Altogether, a great value for a nice hotel in the thick of things in Nashville.

The one older lady making breakfast won’t make an omelette past 9:30 she also seems to not wanna be at work. Also they charge you for parking in the total you book the hotel.. when you get there they charge you another fee separately for parking seems like a way to get you for more money.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable and staff was great! Breakfast was beyond my expectations.

We were in town for a Hockey game and stayed barely 18 hours overnight. Everything was great: clean, comfortable, quiet room and everything we used worked as it should. Although since we did not even turn on the TV or the shower, I cannot really rate them. However, I feel confident that had here been any problem with those systems the Staff would have corrected the issues. The potatoes offered with breakfast were very tasty; surprisingly well seasoned in my opinion. Really appreciated the little safe in the room.

I cannot say that I didn't like the made-to-order omelet, as it was OK, but it did not seem to meet the amount of promotion surrounding its availability. The vegetable ingredients in the omelet were so sparse and finely chopped as to be almost nonexistent. For myself and my companions, we would have preferred a hardboiled egg or scrambled eggs along with the other self-serve breakfast items.

Good location, easily accessible by car. Spacious, comfortable room. Good breakfast (love the omelet station). Very nice staff.

Level of water in the toilet was very high was unwantedly bathing parts of the body when seated.
