I've been to quite a few comfort inn and this has been the best breakfast I've ever had

There wasn't anything I did not like. They were very clean. They were out in the morning doing the pool doing the trash doing the rooms. I was impressed

The rooms were okay though far from comfortable. Right next to the pool was a hotel room that appeared to be a liquor store of some sort. There was a row of liquor bottles set up along the outside of the window, boxes of items inside and someone sitting in the door. There were a lot of adults (not teens or 20-somethings) partying in the pool area. I suspect this is a hotel where people live for extended periods. This was not evident online. I am not easily made uncomfortable, but I would not want to leave my room after dark in this hotel. I’m glad we only used it as a one night spot to sleep. Any longer and we would have left. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Excellent breakfast. Staff very accommodating. Beautiful pool. Chocolates and massage chairs in lobby. Sofa and chairs in room with 2 beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Bars and restaurants right across the street and less than a mile to broadway Big bathroom

The location was in a prime location close to local attractions … mostly bars.

The safety for women traveling alone, not a professional setting, not conducive to business travel. Food is a distance other than bar food. Room for double queen was tiny, literally 2 beds with just enough room to walk by.Coffee pot was in the bathroom. Staff were rude when issues were brought up. Left and stayed in our car until we could find alternative hotel accommodations last minute. Refusing refunds, and fees! Absolutely embarrassed that I brought an employee into a place like this for a business trip!

The room was clean, The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and location was excellent being in walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The AC unit fan was loud. The breakfast room was quite warm.

Room A/C didn’t work (it’s June)! The staff lied to me about what time the massage chairs were available (I set my alarm to get in line, could’ve slept longer). Room felt old, outdated, & was not clean. Water pressure in shower was bad.

Dated. Wasn't very clean. Didn't feel safe, our room faced the balcony with a stream of other people standing outside, smoking and talking right outside our door - which had a gap at the bottom so smells and noise travelled into the room. We also overlooked the carpark with the noise of people revving their engines all night. Breakfast was horrible and inedible, room was small, tiny amount of shower gel etc. Staff were not friendly and we could hear other guests query the car park fees and the room charges not to mention the fact that they gave a new guest a room key to an already occupied room! Storage room wasn't locked and bags not tagged so anyone could've walked in.

Everything, it was dirty af, nothing was clean. Place was falling apart. Would never have stayed if I realized the pictures were edited to make the place nice. Worst hotel, more like a motel. Over priced af.

It has a depressing atmosphere, very strange smell. While it was clean, it smelt weird…unknown pills found in the room!! VERY expensive for this standard of room!

Upon arriving at the property and checking into my room, there was an awful odor. The pool was out of order and the MOTEL did not feel clean. The facility looks nothing like the photos. I tried to check out immediately and did not use anything in our room. However, the concierges refused to refund my money. I have called booking and they also cannot do anything. I hope this review deters anyone from staying at this facility. I will be contacting my bank for a refund as we had to find a different hotel to stay at.

Der Teppich im Raum war verschmutzt sowie der Badezimmerboden mit fremden Haaren. Die Badausstattung war teilweise verschimmelt und angerostet. Außerdem fehlte eine Toilettenbürste. Das Frühstück bestand aus Papptellern und Plastikbechern/Besteck. Das Essen war in Ordnung nur nicht ansprechend aufbereitet.

Location of the hotel is superb. A little bit away from the noise of Broadway but close enough to walk both to downtown and to Vanderbilt University. If you don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a place to stay, this place is a gem. Just be realistic with your expectations.

The hotel is a little older and could use some TLC. I've stayed there before so I knew what to expect so I wasn't disappointed - just realistic. The breakfast was not up to par, ended up going across the street to an adorable coffee place for the last couple of days for breakfast.

Very easy location, easy walking to Music Row, various music bars, restaurants. Great value - parking and the pet fee are very reasonable. I also like that the complimentary breakfast has a to-order omelet station.

The room had a highly perfumed air freshener smell when we arrived. We were traveling with a pet, so my first thought was that this was a designated pet friendly room and they were masking a prior pet smell. The smell dissipated over time, but was still present the next morning.

The heat was too hot for such a small room couldn't get it to turn down maybe it needs to be set lower say on 68 degrees

Breakfast is ok. Its the same as to most Comfort inn we’ve been to.

Cleanliness, the switch and hot water is upside down, dusty, old appliances that is not well kept. Carpet looks and feels dirty. Towels old and not even that white. Picture on the site is not the same as actual property.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome! Love the location as well, right across from some great local bars!

The rooms are small, but they work if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, which we were!

The rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner & the staff could’ve been nicer..when you asked a question they were short with you & seemed to not care about our needs.

Very clean property, a short walk away from downtown but some great restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast wasn’t too busy in the morning.

Hotel is basic which was fine for us.
