The breakfast was fine-nothing special but not gross. Location was close to where I needed to go, which was why we booked there.
You walk in and the entire entryway smells of smoke, and the entryway was right by the breakfast area so that was sort of gross. I'm a Hilton Honors member but didn't enter that into my booking so could not get internet the entire stay- they even gave us another code to use and it didn't work (I'm a millenial, it was not user error).
Worst of all was the condition of the building and the road noise. We were exhausted from our trip and then our event, but we could not get to sleep due to the volume of the traffic noise. The window in the room must have been like saran wrap; we could hear ALL the road noise from the highway, which was not more than 100 yards from the building. Also little things- the toilet paper holder was upside down and broken, the light switch was completed cockeyed. The paint on our door and in the hallway was chipping all over. The pool was like half-filled and dirty. My mom ALWAYS stays in Hamptons and she said this is the worst Hampton stay she has ever had. She is not a difficult-to-please person.

It smelled like wet dog in our room. There were a group of boys who were not being loud passing ball. The staff came out and made them go to their rooms.

Beds were very uncomfortable, pool was freezing on 90 degree day. The water was murky and didnt look right. Weve stayed here 3 years in a row and the quailty of the hotel has gone down alot. We will be staying elsewhere for our trip ro Columbus next summer

Room was dirty, public hair and facial hair on bathroom floor and in sheets, then switched to another room that smelled like marijuana in hall and room, and all night from multiple rooms you heard noises of sexual intercourse all over. and slamming doors. it seemed like swingers going from room to room. it was New Year’s Eve too,but at some point like between 2-5 people need to sleep.

Breakfast was good and staff was vey helpful
You can not state that you have an exercise room with only one piece of equipment out of 10 working. Facility looked tired and lots of boxes near entry way did not leave you with an impression that place was well maintained. Hallways need updating with some fresh pain and carpet.

location was great and close to the zoo.
the entire lobby was under construction so there was no breakfast offered. we were not notified of this through our booking so we were very disappointed when we showed up late and came into a very messed up lobby.

Food good nice variety and fresh. Friendly staff. Check in was easy and staff friendly.
Bed was to high off floor and had a difficult time getting up into bed. I am only 5 ft tall. Was afraid that I might slip and fall out of bed and get hurt when I got up to go to the bathroom. Platform should be much lower or mattress thinner. This could cause serious injury especially for seniors or people with mobility issues!
