The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating . The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good,a lot of different choices. Also, very close to shopping and resturants.

Could’ve used a luggage rack.

I liked that the hotel was located close to many restaurants and right off the main highway. The showers at the hotel were amazing. I loved that they were supplied with full bottles of body wash and hair products... which I had forgotten to bring.

I didnt like that 3 tractor trailors were parked right outside our window for 3 days! One of the trucks ran his generator the whole time. Sitting outside on the patio made for an eyesore with the trucks.

Comfortable bed and pillows, shower was warm, nice location, friendly staff

Breakfast was ok, my son got cereal but there was no milk available, could not pull shades close enough together to block out light, patio was nice but crowded so our group remained inside, we had a larger group and outr talking was interfering with phone calls at front desk, per mgr. Additional outdoor seating could help

EXCELLENT staff. Kyle was amazing!! great recommendations for restaurants, and he accommodated our late arrival. the room was clean, updated and cozy. would definitely stay here again! easy drive to OSU too😁

The room wasn't clean, the sheets were dirty and I broke out in a rash and was itching. and had to change rooms. My first bad experience at Fairfield hotel. I wanted a refund .but they did give us a different clean room. My rash clear up the next day
