Absolutely wonderful customer service. The bar/restaurant was great. Awesome atmosphere and very clean and quiet for when we were ready for bed.

It was clean, comfortable, easy to check in and out, and in a really good location for what we needed.
The coffee and tea in-room was awful tasting. There was no clock in the room, which was inconvenient but not awful. Dimmable or dimmer bedside lights would be appreciated.

The place was truly great. Super clean with great amenities. I loved every second I stayed there. Also, the staff allowed me to check in early to get ready for a wedding I had.
The price could have been a little lower during the weekend. With taxes it turns out to be almost 200 dollars.

Great shower and comfortable bed.
I had a very long day, I worked until late with very bad internet. I intended on sleeping in and ordering room service for breakfast. No one at check in informed me that room service was not available.. at a Marriot.. I have no words.

I like that it was near the freeway but I couldn’t hear the traffic. We could travel to all pets of Columbus very easily. We went to the casino, downtown to the hockey game, and also the zoo. It was also near a mall and many restaurants.
Didn’t offer free breakfast with the stay.

toilet overflowed after flushing and the front desk sent someone with a plunger who handed it to me and left. I have a problem with germs so I was unable to do it myself. instead I was left with a flooded bathroom and no help.

We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The staff was great and the food delicious.
The location is also great. Dublin is easy to get around and close to Columbus.
We also enjoyed the pool.

did not get the 2 bed room that I paid for in advance of my stay
also paid in advance for my stay and was not refundable
so had to pay 50$ when checking in
and at check in was told I was not getting my double bed so they said I could get complimentary breakfast in the morning and then
in the morning I was told I did not get the breakfast that I would have to pay for it
