The room was very clean upon check in. Spacious suite with two bedrooms , two bathrooms , a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and a full kitchen. The staff are very friendly and polite. The pool was big and super clean. The breakfast was yummy with lots of varieties. Would definitely stay here again

The room was amazing! We had plenty of space for the family. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious.

The pull out couch did not have bedding. They could possibly be stored in the room.

The location was close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was very good. We ate more than expected. Everything aspect was wonderful. We loved the walk-in shower.

Staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. Pool was clean and open late. Location was great. Buffet breakfast (while expensive) was nice.

Included breakfast was only a small pastry and piece of fruit, hardly worth paying extra for. It was only available after 7am and we had to leave before that time so it was useless to us. AC went out on our last day and no attempt was made to remedy the situation. No AC in Florida in June is simply unreasonable.

I had a $20 charge on my account after checking out with no explanation what the charge was for or even any notice that I was being charged!

Our family was just taking a much needed quick trip to the zoo. We were very pleased with our stay. We were treated very well, the facility was nice.

if I had one complaint it would absolutely be, we were told you would be serving a buffet style breakfast which was perfect for our stay. It was not buffet style, and what was there was truly not fit to eat. if I could have changed anything it would have definitely been that. again I get these have changed since Covid but the packaged food was truly not fit to eat.

I booked the stay for pool use but once I arrived I was told the pool wasn’t available. total bummer
