the hotel was in a great location for the events we were there for.

checking out there was no one at the front desk. we waited about 5 minutes before someone went to find the front desk person.

I was not impressed with the food options. I wish there was a little bit more. And better coffee.

Breakfast was good. Thankful for the 24hr hot beverage service and happy it was an 11oclock check out. Really impressed the pool was open until midnight, thanks for that. Wish there was a hot tub tho. I also wished there were robes and slippers for the pool room for the chilly walk back to the room. Some common areas needed cleaning up, There seemed to be messes randomly from renovation projects. Staff was nice and informative.

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary cookies at the front desk were one of my wife's favorite touches.

The hotel and our room are older and in disrepair. The carpet right when you step into our room had a big hole in it. There were unfinished drywall and paint repairs in the room and bathroom. The 2 ice machines closest to our room weren't working and the gym is very small and outdated.

The breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of choices.

I did not see a bell hop stand for us to transport our luggage to our room.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels, little different each day. Good area, food choices not too far. Rooms were clean and updated. Definitely would stay there again!

Shampoo was out, but we brought our own so that didn't matter. Everything was great.

the shower in our room broke as I was getting ready to shower. thankfully we were traveling with other family members and I could go to their room and take a shower.

No bath tub in my room. Only shower.

Breakfast was great. The staff there were friendly and polite. I had a wonderful conversation with one of the ladies.

bed a little uncomfortable. the buffet hot items were not hot; more towards cold/warm side. service person Andy who answered phone while checking reservation seemed to be in a bad mood. swimming pool was being worked on so not available.
