The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The cookies were warm and inviting. The check-in and check-out process was fast and simple.

I booked 2 rooms - 1 King Room and 1 Double Queen Room. I requested the two rooms be close together. When we arrived at the property, they did not have a double queen room available. So, they offered us another King room. We were able to have adjoining rooms, BUT one of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma and my young daughter has an auto-immune condition, so we had to request a different room. We were able to be accommodated in another room, but now we were no longer on the same floor with the rest of our family, who we'd requested to have a room nearby. The facility itself appeared clean and functional. But all décor and fixtures are very dated.

The room, the blower on the air conditioner blow all the time which the guy st front desk said will turn off when we used the wall unit! the bathroom sink was not draining & was reported to front desk 2 times.

The Breakfast was not good at all...Powdered eggs for one. Floors were sticky. Got coffee and we had let it sit a bit because it was hot and it had a film on top, maybe the coffee urn were not cleaned?? We spent approximatley 190 a night and no mini fridge. we eneded up throwing our food away from our dinner since we couldnt keep it cool.

I was told my package didnt have breakfast but I clearly paid for it. Once I showed them the last morning before i left they gave me a breakfast ticket. I missed breakfast on one of my days.

The property was probably once quite nice, but now appears aged and somewhat neglected. Our room was not properly cleaned at check in and had a bathtub covered in hair. When we notified the staff, they arranged for us to change rooms. The second room was also unclean (hair in the bath, again!) so we left the property and found other accommodations.

The location. The hotel was clean.

The shower and toilet were in a very small room with no place to set clothes down or get dressed. The AC rattled really bad which was pretty disappointing for the cost of the room.

I had vouchers for breakfast. It was very good and my family each found things they liked. The staff was very friendly. They also offered bottled water, which I gladly accepted since we were heading to a baseball tournament. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well! The outdoor pool and basketball court were very nice and loved by my kids and their friends.

I wish the rooms had mini refrigerators and more places to plug in or charge electronics.
