That we could leave the next morning and were able to book a real hotel that was clean and safe.

Everything. We paid €360 for a 'suite' in the seediest place ever. Everything that could be broken or dirty, was broken or/and dirty, except for the new and clean towels. Our pillowcases and sheets stank and were greasy, but after traveling with small kids and being awake for 48 hours we were too exhausted to complain and ask for clean stuff. We had room 613, next to the hotel car park were all night long obscure characters were driving in and out. Not fenced in, no security, it felt very unsafe the more so because we could see that both the front door and the windows showed traces of having been previously broken into. Next to our bedroom were two enormous extremely noisy generators. It was a very cool night so they couldn't have been airco's. We promised the kids the pool (that's actually why we chose this hotel and paid so much money) but when we got there the next morning it was closed. At breakfast we met another disappointed family, they paid $191 for the same type of suite which is a big discrepancy ( and still way too much!)

Location and spacious

Is not suitable for elders or handicaps, especially if they give you room in second or third floor, no elevators

It was relatively close to SFO.

The room was dark and we only had the option to sleep with the blinds closed to keep out the outside lights. Noisy air conditioner. Couldn’t sleep,but that may also be attributed to ‘jet lag’.

This was excellent value within walking distance of San Bruno BART station and SamTrans. The price was great, the Wifi was decent, and the breakfast was delicious with fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, a great meat selection, Chobani Greek yogurt, and lots of selection.

The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke, with stains on the carpet. The furnishings appeared aged: for instance, there was a VHS cassette player below the TV stand. And, the bed mattress was fairly soft with little back support.

The room was superbly spacious-almost as big as a flat.My entitre family loved it.

Booking.com did a dirty trick where they gave us the final price as $380 .In the confirmation email -in small barely noticeable text they said that 14 % tax is excluded from the final price.Please do not misguide customers as such. Again breakfast could do with more variety for the foreign traveller. No lifts -so was difficult to move our bags.

Location was centralized and good dining choices nearby.

One bedroom had a strong smell of smoke- only in that room. Non smoking room.

Very very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Love the night staff at the desk.

Airplane noise from nearby airport was a force to be reckoned with.
