Friendly staff and clean bedding wonderful with a good night rest. From the moment you arrive at Lobby Entrance till you entered your Guest Room the Air Freshener scents make the ambiance more relaxing and welcoming. Good selection in house Restaurant too. Thanks for the Warms Hospitality

La chambre était grande et le lit confortable. Il y avait un service navette gratuit pour l'aéroport.

Le service à la réception était tout sauf cordial. C'était un hôtel d'aéroport, mes attentes n'étaient pas spécialement hautes. La chambre était grande et le lit confortable, mais c'était très mal isolé, la douche n'avait pas de débit, et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment minable, tant pour le choix que pour la qualité.

Hotel manager Dwayne was really helpful and friendly and a real gentleman. Provided us with some really useful info about the area and getting to New York. Also, introduced us to one of his drivers that drove a shuttle service to the airport who was very helpful and friendly and provided us with more in depth details and directions on how we could travel to New York.

Reception/Cafe staff could have been a bit more helpful in getting cash exchanged, apparently no one had any change that we could get. Person at the cafe came across unhelpful!

It was close to the airport and offered a shuttle.

It was old and not updated. Smelled musty and was gloomy. The staff had no interest in customer service. They were busy laughing and joking around, talking loudly about dinner plans while multiple guests waited in the lobby.

Zimmer war extrem Laut, Straßenlärm, Kühlschrank und Lüftung. Frühstücksbuffet nicht sehr ansprechend.

We needed a place to stay for a 1 night layover. Shuttle service was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable!

They have a Keurig in room but only 1 reg coffee! Who drinks decaf, LOL

The restaurant was good, the room well appointed and the bed very comfortable.

The hot water quit in the middle of my husband’s shower. When he reported it to the staff they said that sometimes you need to let the water run for 15 min to get it hot. That is a terrible waste of water!
